This video I had saved to watch later and later is now, that Champlain powder at Stowe is like 4% and usually the wind hits it but they got it just right for this video. This is some serious blower powder. Doesn’t take much to make face shots.

Barb…I’m surprised you didn’t go out during the week when the resorts were empty. The snow looks good. It’s like 75 degrees here and humid.

Snowmaking temperatures return November 13th, could we be in for a Root Friday miracle? First weekend of December would be alright as well, I’m not greedy. One thing I’ve noticed is this fall overnight lows have been lower than forecast..I’m sure that will change as we get into inversion season.

I don’t think the park scene at least locally is as big as it was in the late 2000s. I remember when Montage had the super pipe..I wish blue didn’t have that park on dreamweaver. With a park for a non park skier it’s kind of herky jerky doesn’t flow well.
