  1. Anybody following the LA fire? Holy shit…my aunt evacuated her house in the pacific palisades and staying with a friend.
  2. Think of the reverse, imagine if we showed up at Blue and there was a sign sayin,”Sorry we are closed but you can come to camelback instead”
  3. Even funnier is the radio keeps advertising this $40 deal for camelback and they say enjoy 39 trails
  4. They had water issues, lack of snowmaking staff, Stevenson lift failed tests…on and on and on.
  5. I saw about Camelback I’m sure pretty busy.
  6. Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 835am and it was 19 degrees under party sunny skys with strong winds out of the northwest. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Johnny Law, Airhead, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Rodney, Harold and Kumar. Dilly dallied around at the base while atomic picked up his skis so wasn’t on the first chair but about two minutes back. First run on Challenge was really nice snow in a wind tunnel. Repeated that and then nightmare dreamweaver which had very nice groomed smooth snow and a little blow over from the guns on Razors. After a repeat of NMDW over to Main Street which wasn’t that good. Frozen hardpack and some mini cookies from new snowmaking. They did remove the features on Barbs way which is good news. Back for more on challenge which was now cookies on the top headwall and NMDW which stayed good until I peaced out at 1030. I wouldn’t say it was crowded but it was busy but no real lines with all three high speeds running. Now back at work like a dork and did a little work before skiing as well. JADIP
  7. Guns cranking on Razors and learning area

  9. Right on where the heck have you been Moe Ghoul?? Been a minute
  10. @saltyant for the first time I stood right by the entrance to the adventure center in the valley at Blue but the door was locked. The base village at Blue is incredible and I didn’t even walk around the entire thing. I still haven’t found rays grill on skis but wondering if the Burma road tubular meat stand accepts blue bucks be Dogecoin
  11. You’re welcome and anytime and I enjoyed the report.
  12. Have you been enjoying the food and the ladies?
  13. Arizona and the desert remind me of the horse with no name song. Just crazy hearing February talk already for weather..I’m barely prepared for January 6th
  14. I rated it five stars to bring up the average. One of these days when one of my jackalope customers gives me a bad review on the googles(fingers crossed it hasn’t happened yet) I’ll have you and your brahs and your hot sister write positive reviews on the googles.
  15. Shadows welcome back. How was your trip to the Deep South???
  16. You look way so far in advance. Enjoy today…do you have any trips planned?
  17. Im Gonna have to vape up for this one.
  18. That’s the problem with these social media forecasters is it’s so click baity..
  19. The lower lodge was packed at 745am..second day in a row with long lines for the urinals and shitters…like four people had atomic Jeff’s parking spot today as well..maybe a quick check of the webcams for shits and giggles. I’m also wondering how many gallons of cocoa Blue serves up on a day like this. It has to be monumental. While crowds were heavy, still not peak…no parking lot attendants and only a handful of cars parked across the street when I rolled out at Noonish
  20. Now they’re saying maybe a storm next weekend.
  21. Hey All, I’m back from another morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot before 720am and it was 24 degrees under mostly cloudy skys with moderate winds. In the house was everybody yesterday except Salty, Falco and Charles and NMSki and son were in the house along with Schifdawg. OG six pack wasn’t running initially so began on the quad and was second civilian quad to start and down challenge first which was a great beautiful cord carpet. There was a bit of a backup for second ride up the quad due to all the racers and slightly delayed opening I skied Challenge again and still real nice but by the third time it was pretty trashed with lots of cookies churned up. Main street and midway looked rough from the super summit safari so I didn’t ski then. Lazy mile had kind of uneven slick snow blown on. I repeated challenge a few more times and ended on Nightmare Dreamweaver. Aside from the first two challenge runs conditions today were pretty bad. It was a slightly warmer parking lot than yesterday with the sun emerging. All you southern folks enjoy the snowfall tomorrow..looks like just some flurries possible up here. JADIP
  22. All they want is $23 vs $21 starting and $2 an hour increases above and I believe $1600 equipment reimbursement and a few other things. Park city had 20% other terrain open while deer valley next door had 69% of their terrain open. https://x.com/liftblog/status/1874994887512482054?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1874994887512482054|twgr^302421c5d28fb51337b5462c45c22a95a68803ac|twcon^s1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Ffortune.com%2F2025%2F01%2F03%2Fpark-city-utah-skiing-ski-patrol-strikes-long-lines-explained-vail-resorts%2F
  23. Today I was trying to take it in a little bit on my last challenge runs, with @saltyant following me there was nobody until where people pop out from lazy/sidewinder before the falls..and could see at least 100 people on homestretch..and the falls of course had people everywhere so I cut hard left to lower sidewinder and wow was that sugar deep..deepest sugar I’ve skied all season..good thing I’m an agile mofo..then Central Park closed so had to play frogger crossing shuttle onto Barbs bush which was really hairy with Jerry’s….then up the super summit safari with Salty…what a day lol would only have been better if I woke up with the Burger King guy. Also there’s a worker sweeping things up outside the valley lodge who’s kind of foxy in a milfy ex Dallas cowboys cheerleader kind of way. Next time I see her I’ll find out when her break is so I can buy her cocoa with her employee discount.
