With the new lift they don’t need tuts lane. Just shuttle and either homestretch or lower park.

Blue and other resorts have had no problem installing a lift during the off season so I think it will be ok.

With frequent inversions and one of the most powerful snowmaking systems in the world I don’t see it being much of an issue.

So that means we’re gonna be able to park at the bottom early season. This is gonna give Blue mountain a real big mountain feel. I’m also gonna be skiing widowmaker a lot more.

I don’t know why but 103 chairs per lift sounds about right. I know for the six pack there’s about 70 and the quad is like 80-90 but those are longer than the Main Street and Burma chairs but the chairs are also spaced out more.

Then you lower the price and of course the folks who bought them for $1200 will be pissed. A think some of those Richie Rich race team families will buy them.

The people who own camelback now own blue mountain and camelback charges for parking.

Abasin sold their Pali chairs last year for $2500 a piece and they sold fast. The Pali chair didn’t even have a safety bar which gives blues sale a bit more value.

If they don’t sell for $1200 I could see them lowering the price to something more economical like $1100. They weigh 135 pounds so less than $10 per pound.

It’s lemonade stand economics. I feel like they’re charging $10 for a glass of lemonade on a cool day they should lower the price to tree fiddy a glass and include free ice and a straw.
