  4. They had a nice moose mascot. Some of you older folks and the Pepperidge farms guy and Orville Reddenbacher probably remember when Moose roamed PA..
  5. I’m sure way way more epic passes than Peak passes.
  6. Blue used to have a Zaugg pipe cutter but they barely used it.
  7. But people don’t like spending money on lift tickets. I’m sure there’s some semi local people with epic passes who usually just go to Stowe and Vail Donnie they’ll hit up hunter or JFBB a few days as well.

  10. The Rictor Bees crew dominated the Snotage park scene. I think @xNick11 was part of it.

  15. Keystone is an actual resort and JFBB is not...
  16. Hey All, I’m back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 830 and it was 45 degrees under cloudy sky’s. In the house were BenM, Slim, Gary, Oz, Drew and Donnie. First civilian quad and I began on Razors and razors was tops..maybe the best of the season..so smooth and super edgeable cord..I mainly skied Razors with a run on Main Street but getting there and back was slow. Sidewinder was also super nice hero snow and Coming soon was sweet semi spring snow...managed 8 quick runs in an hour and 20 minutes with one long quad stoppage. Due to the ominous forecast there were a lot less people than a normal weekday morning and the longest liftline was maybe 15 chairs. JADIP
  17. Abasin is also replacing the Lenawee triple with a six pack over the summer. That will be a giant improvement on busy days. Abasins COO Al, has a fantastic blog as well. http://arapahoebasin.blogspot.com/?m=1
  18. You just have to stick to the steeps when the snow is slow. I’ve has plenty of sessions where I just lap Razors.
  19. Manmade snow when the temperature warms quickly above freezing makes for slow snow. While I applaud Blue for blowing snow every chance they get, I like when they don’t blow for the consistent surface and speed and as Toast says,”it’s all about the base”
  20. Correct I heard PASR has a new moderator
  21. Haha we saw the Dude yesterday at Blue. He looks like a Wookie.
  22. I once had a fancy pair of boots that had a walk mode adjustment on the back...that was rad.
  23. Rain not rains
  24. I’ll look, there are barely any posts in this forum so it should be easy.
