I heard that camelback is sucking majorly so far this season with only four runs open so far and not even the cliffhanger/nile side. I guess they ran out of water in their snowmaking lagoons.

Hey All, I’m back from the first holiday session of the year. I arrived at the lower lot at 7:17am and it was 16 degrees with some fog and a rising sun. In the house were Atomic Jeff, JFDan, Falco, Dirtwolf, BenM, Mixilplix, PARidge and some others. First OG six pack and the guns were blazing on Challenge, Sidewinder, learning area and some random spots. First run on Razors was ok, a little firm in spots and mini crumbles. Next run repeated razors. Next run Main Street was ok on the top half similar to razors and lower part was a carpet. Next run repeated Main Street. Then took the quad to Coming soon and it was super firm not good but lower paradise was a carpet. Paradise had the nicest conditions on the hill but also the most crowded run. Crowded were light which is typical in the morning on holidays as the Herbs don’t arrive until later. I also skied nightmare dreamweaver for the first time this season and thought it was ok, not that slick until the last corner but so so dark. I didn’t get on lazy today. All in all a fun session, I managed 11 runs by 940am, had one beer in the lot and now at work to pay a few bills. Hopefully no walk ins or I’ll have to sell them. Ski some of yall tomorrow same time same place. JADIP

Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 721am and it was about 12 degrees with light to moderate winds. In the house were everybody except Noxidee, Ski999 and Antman and No Matt Edge either. First civilian OG six pack to razors which had nice snow but all of us had snow coated to our goggles from the guns on challenge. Once again Main Street top to bottom was the ROTD..it was like a western groomer. Paradise was good until the bottom section which was slick, a lot of snowmaking blow over from nightmare to dreamweaver. Lazy to the falls was also good. The last run I followed BenM on Come around to connector to Curzis to midway to middle gap to yeti to burma to shuttle to lower park. It was exhilerating and crowded. I hungout in the lot a little and had beer and cheeseballs and now at work counting money, then Xmas shopping and pizza eating on deck and also THC experiments on myself. Ski some of yall on the 26th JADIP

These whistler locals and Canadians in general are a little weird and that’s coming from me but I enjoy this guys videos and whistler is least North America in snow so far this season so thought I’d share.
