Always characters out here. The Casper lift is closed this week due to electrical issues. I feel like it’s making the line for the Teton chair longer. I was just on Thunder lift and about a 2 minute wait in singles line. Only had to get in line 21 minutes before opening ding ding to get first gondoobie.

The last time I sweat as much as I sweat this morning skiing the hobacks was the last time I skied the Hobacks. 2500+ vert of mature bumps. Bivoac was groomed which was a rare chalky treat. Currently taking a safety break while the boys do a Tram lap.

As long as Ridge doesn’t get pissy about muddy ski boots and lack of in room coffee.

I just walked to Pearl Street Bagel...they now open at 7am instead of 630am. Gonna get the free breakfast today as I don’t feel like walking back again. Kind of lame.

Wow I slept a lot of hours....bagel place opens in a little less than an hour and we are leaving for the hill at 750am. Last night we went to Pizzeria Caldera, it was very good. I had a Teton mule and pizza with mozzerella, Park, tomato and bacon.

I wouldn’t say gouging, it’s what the market will pay. You can purchase much cheaper lift tickets during the week.

The base Ikonic people have to pay a premium to ski at Aspen or Jackson unless you have the full 7 day pass. Trust me the ikon herb tourins from the Colorado front ranges of 2-3 years ago mainly were up here in JH because Colorado was dry and JH was robusto..and whoa mama some serious Colorado gapers.

Almost every other destination attraction charges for parking but season passholders get parking included like at dorney Park. I think at the birds games they charge for parking.

Blue attracts plenty of the NY and NJ crowd...and most of the suburban Philly fuckers have money.

I mean just a one day ticket for blue.
