Hey All, Its almost another weekend..looks to be cold but sunny. Is anybody going to be at Blue mountain the true mountain this weekend? I’ll be out both days and gonna avoid going to the bar Saturday night, at least late..the snow should be fast.

Hey All, I’m back from another morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 830am and in the house were Johnny Law, Atomic Jeff, toast, BenM, Terry and Bethlehem ford guy. The temperature was in the upper 20s with a strong north wind and light snow for the first half hour or so. First run on razors a skiff of new snow with kind of rolly hardpack the top section and smoother below. Challenge was similar. Main Street also rolly Polly at the top and then a series of mini root rollers in the middle which would have sent less agile skiers ass over tea kettle..mad Homer Simpson doh. Midway was ok and then back to some more Razors which was a bit better as visibility had improved. No lines for the quad, notably less people than on Tuesday. I ended up just skiing seven runs by 10:10am at which time the six pack started loading people. It was ok conditions but could have been much worse. The rain the other day really put an end to the boner doner conditions of the previous two weeks. Let’s hope they blow some snow the next two nights and resurface some of the terrain for the upcoming cold cold weekend. JADIP

That would be rad!!! It’s interesting looking at old PASRs accounts who were so active and just stopped skiing and riding. Some of them are my facespace friends and like my posts. For me skiing is a lifelong thing. Shit if I ski 3 days in a week I feel like I’m slacking.

I had 88s as my first pair of fatties which became mid fatties. Rossi BC something.

Nice report so far. I even did a double lap yesterday..second one since December. Was the VIP line for the quad any benefit? Usually around now it starts clearing out a bit.

Atomic Jeff and phillycore both had public enemies. What’s funny is back around 2007 when I was still skiing Elan S12s and Atomic LT11’s I tried my Montana friends toms Public enemies for a day at grand Targhee at 85mm underfoot and they seemed huge. Tom was an OG fat ski guy and had a pair of Seth Pistols.

Well last Thursday the six pack opened late because they didn’t have enough staff. Maybe another sleeper pow day tomorrow lol

According to BenM blue runs both the quad and six packs on Thursdays and Fridays.

Some PASRs don’t like this idea because you can’t sit on your poles on bubble chairs...I’ve never sat on my poles before. I guess that makes me a weirdo.

No the bottom of the valley learning hill. @RajeevGuptaSucheeta Blue mountain would be able to compete with the hill stations in Gulmarg.

I think they should put a Poma lift on upper Main Street for the Barney’s bumpers.
