In the winter do you get some residual heat from your neighbors?

My friend lives in that type of apartment and it was huge and her electric bills were massive but would have the heat in the 70s and AC in the 60s. Like $300 a month for a two bedroom

My Electric bill at work only went up like $30 from using AC daily

I set mine at 71 at work and in the hotel house I just turn it on 68 for like an hour and the suite is cool for a few hours.

It’s 93 outside right now and semi humid.

Sometimes a phone company will want old equipment for spare used parts in a serious crunch. I’ve actually learned a lot about telecommunications from a few friends

Do you resell your used phones?

Impressive daily average. I’ve been as high as 10 hours but usually 6-7 hours. Mostly YouTube, PASR, Facebook and porn. Even more impressive is I use no case and haven’t damaged the screen yet.

Don’t you buy like two new phones a year? I still have the iPhone 7. I’m hoping to get another year out of it. It’s over 3 years old and even more amazing is its my only device.

I never understood financing a cell phone. If you can’t afford to pay $600 or $800 or $1,000 for a cell phone than buy one of those crappy LG phones

I had one lady call me like 15 times in a week...she’s adding pictures to a tombstone and it’s taking a long time..I had no new news for her..so I just emailed her back

Do your customers try and get your cell? The one lady was like,”well what if I can’t get through to you on this number” leave a voicemail and I’ll call back or email..sheesh..

My customers and dealers will do anything in their power to get my cell phone number. They’re not happy with just the office number. One dealer I had to send a picture and I said I’ll email it and he said can you please text because he was then gonna text it to one of his families. I said I will but if you call me on my cell I’ll never answer. It’s just intrusive getting work calls on my cell phone..the few who have my cell abuse the privilege and call me at like 7pm.

People still have landlines in their homes? I thought they were only in hotel houses.

I’ll let the state figure out what to do with me...I still have customers born like in 1930-1940 who still get the exact same thing their parents got but that trend will change real quick.

Well a lot of people get cremated and still have a tombstone or at least their name and dates on a family members tombstone. The next decade or so I’m taking advantage of more traditional folks who still want tombstones then selling the business.

It’s rare for me to see somebody with worse handwriting than me.

I would say a beer mug and a bingo card on a tombstone is tacky but plenty of people do that. As long as the family likes the finished product that’s what matters. We have a recent request where the family wants to use a handwritten note on a tombstone.

I’ll take your word for it...all the coffee you can drink in the snack car...

They didn’t ask for tracks..they brought in a model train that they wanted on their tombstone. I’m ready for stuff to slowdown...so many customers right now it’s like being on a runaway train.
