  1. O’Doyle Rules!!
  2. I guess because of the vaccine I’m under constant surveillance.
  3. If only he saw me the night before at the bar. And he’s a fucking ding dong. I should have told him to suck a tow truck drivers Richard
  4. Those assholes only have me at 43 days.
  5. Haha we are both sitting as far away from each other as possible
  6. I’m thinking we have about 3.5” and this is some beefy snow. Could help preserve the snowpack during the next few days of warmish temps.
  7. You’re always so positive
  8. Gas prices are rising because demand is rising. Early in the pandemic it fell because demand was so low. On the plus side with the cost of a barrel of crude oil now $60+ US production of oil is now in demand so fracking will pick up in North Dakota and that’s fracking awesome because there are a lot of really good jobs up there that were lost last year.
  9. Well I paid $2.75 that’s a bargain. I only needed $6 of gas though as I got gas yesterday and just topped off tank in loaner car.
  10. I did say I think $499 will be it but I think they’d do better in terms of revenue charging $600. If the price is 20% more I bet they only lose a few percent of people. Also most lower and middle income skiers got that stimulus money as well.
  11. They don’t have to do all that..they aren’t a frozen yogurt or hoagie shop..we all feen to ski and snowboard...giving us a free pass or a discount when we are already a loyal customer is just cutting into their bottom line. You give extras to new customers to entice them. With new dealers I give a $500 sign on bonus with their first order..I also give referral bonuses as well.
  12. I also don’t see Blue in any competition with epic or Ikon. It’s comparing apples to oranges. Unless you’re somebody like ski2live or GSSucks who lives deep in jersey, most of us aren’t gonna drive to hunter regularly and JfBB is only decent for JibHonks or if Floyd’s is good. It is hilarious how many people at Blue are wondering why they haven’t released early bird season price passing yet. It’s so they can sell $49 and $79 and $109 tickets. Why give new passholders an extra few weeks for free
  13. I hope blue is reading this so they’ll price accordingly both for more money for them and a reduction in season pass sales.
  14. Well all be making more money in 5-10 years also. When I was in college Stowe cracked the $50 price on day tickets and people freaked.
  15. Doesn’t matter to me. If it was $2,000 it would still be worth it for me and that’s not a lot of money for me. I saved more than that not going to Jackson hole this year.
  16. Gas prices are for @theprogram4
  17. Hey All, I’m back from another fun morning at Blue mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 820am and it was in the upper 20s and cloudy with a strong south wind. In the house were Johnny Law, Drew, C1er and Bethlehem ford guy. I easily made first civilian 6-pack and began on challenge which was super nice smooth cord, sidewinder similar and switchback was my favorite today, mainly because all but my last run on it was empty. Razors had some cookie chop but at least the Root rollers are smoothed out and midway and lazy were both good as well. I skied until 1040am then had a slow drive back to the A..a few stuck cars and many crawling with their four way flashers on. It snowed about the last hour I was there and now a solid 2”+ in south Whitehall and looks like we could score 4”+ based on the radar. Also was able to postpone my appointment this afternoon at work which I’m happy about and my car is ready. JADIP.
  18. A bad day of skiing is better than a good day of anything else.
  19. Blue still has 365 morning tickets available for today.
  20. Homey is cleaning up on cans today.
  21. Blue has to meet some sort of equilibrium with their season pass pricing. $429 is to low, they are leaving money on the table. Maybe $600 early bird.
  22. Cool profiles shows exactly how long you waited in line. Looks like y’all hungout a little at the top before the last two runs to soak in the high mountain air.
  23. I hope they charge $1,000 for season passes next year. I’ve heard they sold double as many season passes this year as last year and they were on sale well into the ski season.
  24. No next season when everybody is vaccinated they’ll be able to fully load the lifts so shorter liftlines but the trails will be busier. Or we have a normal ski season where it rains every other weekend and isn’t that crowded.
  25. Maybe more season passholders were at Blue this weekend otherwise they’re just selling a lot more tickets.
