Seriously, WTF is with this Weather?
GrilledSteezeSandwich replied to Ride Delaware ?'s topic in General Chat
Maybe an inch of snow overnight tonight. More in Philly Dilly -
Wow I never heard of a five year lease. I’ve only ever done 36 month leases. I used to do 12k miles a year but now only 10k. I’m only at 20k miles in like 2 years and 3 months but have barely been on the road for work due to Covid.
-
I bet and then they resell the cars coming off leases that only have 30,000 miles on them for only like 30% below MSRP when they factor the cars to depreciate at 40-50%. Still nice to get a car with zero due at signing and much lower monthly payments than financing and under warrenty the entire time you own the car.

I put my new skis and binders in my car to have mounted after I’m done skiing tomorrow AM. -
Do you guys have a popcorn machine for customers? At ciocca Subaru they do.
-
Don’t dealers make a lot of money off of their parts and service departments along with financing as well?
-
@theprogram4 doesn’t the dealership receive extra money from the manufacturer if they sell a certain number of units? Also aren’t options on cars like sunroofs and leather interior more profitable as well.
-
You mean like the last 5-6 weeks? Do you call people who came in for test drives or to shop but never bought?
-
No idea but it had to be a jealous hater. Half the people here are like wow just wow I’m so jealous you got to go to whiteface or elk or Greek peak or telluride or whatever...sheesh they should just go if they want to. Assholes
-
Are they doing zero percent financing on any other models? Atomic is probably the only one here who thinks $56k is a pretty good deal on an SUV. TP4 does your dealership tack on marketing fees? I’ve seen that before.
-
Thanks for being open about your Covid experience. So many people I know who’ve had it are very quiet about it or vague.
-
Well I’m sure most of those folks are just happy to be in some concrete plaza in the mountains wearing semi waterproof gear.
-
That could have happened to me @NMSKItwo years ago in Jackson hole crossing the street.
-
@phillycorehow do you think you got Covid and how bad was it for you?

I’ve never checked out during vacation, it’s cheaper than that and I use my personal credit card for hotel house. -

All of our granite and sandblasting is paid by check and those numbers are so low. $7 at Sheetz Bahahaha. Earlier at wegmans I bought slice of pizz, two salads, two drinks and Asian dish and was $30ish. In non pandemic times I went to target once or twice a week for company supplies as well like razor blades, toothpaste, personal pan pizzas and Red Bull. I’ve also never used company CC at Whole Foods before but I have at Weis for beer. -

I’d say Tuesdays. Monday’s all the olds who refuse to ski on the weekends are out. Wednesday’s and Thursday’s a little busier and Friday is like a weekend. -
