Hey All, I’m back from another morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot before 720am and it was foggy with a temperature of around 50 degrees. In the house were Atomic Jeff, JFDan, Indiggio, Justo, Blake, Airhead, Rose, Mixilplix, BenM, Dirtwolf, Mute, Bethlehem Ford crew, TP4 and a handful of others. Started off on the super summit safari six pack. Lazy Mile first which was good soft groomed snow but couldn’t see shit, paradise was similar but more hardpack areas. I found switchback to be the best and mostly skied that. Coming soon was some soft and boilerplate, I did a Burma run as well and was nice having grip in the corners. Skied until 940, and hung out in the lot till about 11:10 just had one beer and some chips. Now at work to count money. I’ll be back Friday morning. JADIP

I’m on the edge of my yoga mat wondering who it could be and Rajeev is the type who’s loud as a motorbike but couldn’t bust a grape in a fruit fight..and he lied to me said they were out of Boston cream donuts..good thing I like other donuts but gosh shiver me timbers -

I bet there was at least one PASR watching the webcams with his pecker out..the name escapes me but same run the race team uses is last half of the name I’m thinking. Gotta be discreet here -

Hey All, I’m back from another fun day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 720am and it was in the lower 40s under cloudy skys with dense fog on the top 3/4 of the mountain. In the house was almost everybody except Matt Edge, Zonked, Nancy and Toast. Second civilian chair and began on a very foggy paradise which had nice groomed hero snow…I was a little slower than the pack but for second lift ride rode with Salty, Mute, Boo and Becky boo and ended up skiing with Salty the rest of the session. Second run Lazy mile which was alright then paradise and lazy again…I then skied switchback which was super nice..was only bare near the bottom. I also skied sidewinder which was pretty bare near the top. It had to happen eventually, I made my return to my nemesis Challenge which put me on the injured reserve list whatever you sportsball fans call it for almost two weeks. Wow was challenge soft..the top was so soft like bottomless slush..middle was a little more put together..I skied that three times to end the session. Fun parking lot and Enjorales did some seriously cooking today..now posted up like a thumbtack in Allentown and would love to do THC experiments on myself but am meeting a friend at 3pm for coffee so will put that off a few hours. Arizona Snowbowl... January 2025

I had an appointment at 9am couldn’t make it to JH and didn’t feel like going after work… I do want to visit Arizona snowbowl and Taos NM..can just fly into Phoenix and if I forget any toiletries pick em up at the Target by ASU campus before heading into the mountains. Great talent at the Silverthorne CO Target but I’m guessing Tempe/Phoenix/Scottsdale on another level. I might be the sweatiest guy they’ve ever seen lol STFU it’s a dry heat and you get sweaty from medium salsa you ding a ling have another safety break -

10” new at JH, why am I here. -
Yeah the 30th seems like a logical closing date. They have a lot more coverage than a lot of times mid March.
-
I think it will happen with the sale they’re doing next week.

My hype song today. -
Hey All, I’m back from my first day skiing at Blue since 2/28. I arrived at the lower lot at 835 and it was 35 degrees under partly sunny sky’s with light winds. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Rodney, Airhead and the Bethlehem Ford crew. A little knee pain walking to the lift. First run on Paradise was nice soft cord..I took it slow and got passed by two of the boomers near the bottom. My knee definitely stiff…second run on paradise felt better and I skied a little faster. Then lazy mile which was nice groomed but not as put together and some spring snow at the last corner. After another lazy mile I skied Main Street which was variable and more firm than others. After another a lazy I finished the session with several more paradise runs. By now knew was feeling good and I was skiing almost full speed which felt real nice. The snow was soft and fast and as noted nobody was there. I think Johnny law also came later in the session as I saw his car or a lookalike car in the lot. All in all it’s great to be back it hurts missing 12 days of ski season when it’s winding down, I’ll be back out Saturday AM JADIP

Just popping back in to say this was a really nice report..and I’m sure you’ll be adding even more after you catch your bearings from international travel.
-
It’s bad as…I know the logistics are tough to get to Mount Bohemia but it would be a badass great time. @Johnny Law might even know about the place.

I watch birds at my work all the time…there’s about 75 yards worth of trees between our property and my friend who lives next door and hundreds of birds live in those trees and when a hawk comes through it’s chaos. Theres also a dog groomer across the street and they had a dog run away and I assisted with the search…once the local volunteer firefighters got involved, I went back to looking at birds while counting money and refreshing PASR and giving out birthday greetings on FB…any more cool stories I’ll be in the lot Saturday.

Nice Sibhusky way to get after it and I know you miss my Blue reports..stay tuned. Tomorrows gonna be a good one and Saturday even better.
