Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 715AM and Johnny Law was already in the house. The temperature was in the upper 20s under overcast sky’s. Also in the house were Atomic Jeff, PSUFly, Nazareth Jay, BenM, Henry, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Marty and Rodney. First civilian six pack and first run on challenge was pretty nice groomed at the top and lower down a little rolly Polly maybe 5.7 out of ten. Razors wasn’t that good bad grooming with lots of rolly Polly. Upper Main Street was nice soft groomed and lower was ok on far left side. Paradise and lazy mile both a combination of loose and frozen granuler. Lower widowmaker was nice and smooth, switchback was a little spicy and midway was decent. I skied ten runs in an hour and a half then hung out in the lot for an equal amount of time. It was like yesterday as it felt cooler than the ambient temperature. JADIP

Hey All, I’m back from another fun day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 720am and it as 33 degreees under overcast sky’s with a strong west wind. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Johnny Law, Mixilplix, MBike Mike, NMSki, Mrs. Snowbunski, Indiggio, BenM, JFDan, Matt Edge, Zack, Toast, Justo, KevinThomas, Tele Matt, Enjorales, Pops, Bethlehem ford Guy, west Chester homeys,’Schifdawg, Antman, TP4 and many others. The lineup for first chair at 8am was massive..probably 150 people..I skied challenge first and it wasn’t that good..firmish, not that smooth and the snow was falling apart fast. Upper Main Street was slightly better and lower Main Street was rough. Paradise was pretty bad sandy crud and lazy mile was alright. My favorite run was tuts lane to connector to lower widowmaker to midway to little gap to yeti to Burma to shuttle to lower park. It was sausage Sunday and Enjorales said it would be a pretty low key SS today so there was just multiple kinds of sausage, pork loin, steak, burger sliders and Thai sliders and grilledsteeze..the lot was cold even though it was almost 40 degrees out the wind was brisk and the clouds were thick. All in all despite less than optimal ski conditions it was a fun day..JADIP

In the house were Atomic Jeff, JFDan, Mute, Ryan, toast, BenM, Tarponhead, Pops, Enjorales, Falco, PSUGuy, Slim, GahSkier George, Eddie, Salty, PARidge, Nastar Glenn, Mrs snowbunski and many others. Scanner issues had me on the third civilan six pack..first run on challenge soft cord on top and a bit firmer and some little undulations lower down very good. Switchback was good with a few mini bars spots surfacing. Upper Main Street had surfy soft cord...close to the feeling of skiing Perder..was good enough for a few repeats. Paradise was pretty nice and not busy as the new terrain park on NMDW diverts some of the paradise traffic. I skied Lazy mile once and it was pleasant and one of my favorite runs was tuts lane to connector to lower widowmaker to midway to little gap to Burma to shuttle to lower park..woooo..fun parking lots with beers and snacks and liftlines were minimal while I skied but when I left looked very busy. All in all anyway you slice it or dice it, it was just another day in paradise.
