Hey All, I’m back from a fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 720AM and it was 8 degrees and in freezing fog. In the house were JFDan, Atomic Jeff, Root, PARidge, BenM, MBike Mike, Mrs. Snowbunski, Enjoralas, Pops, Enjorales cousin, Eddie, Falco, Charles, Rodney, Drew, Antman, Slim, Ryan, Mute, NMSki, Salty, Bethleham Ford Guy and many others. As we hoofed it out to the six pack it wasn’t open yet so began on the quad..first civilian four pack second day in a row for the PA skiing historical society..has to be some sort of record. The ride up was icy and cold with guns a blazing. First run was Main Street and it was kind of funky and chunky on top..lower left was smooth..shuttle had some amazing freshies and home stretch was mad technical Yo!! Lazy mile had nice snow a little soft and then into the fog in Falls which I seriously picked my way down cause I CSS couldn’t see shit. The race kids were out for the first time this season but no gates set up for them. The Chute opened today..looked icy AF so didn’t ski it..one run on Tuts a snowsnake grabbed my pole and I had to go back up and grab it. I probably burned off half of a Doritos. I skied Burma and back as well and the full lazy mile. I skied till 930 and was covered and smothered with manmade Poe as the snowmaking cannons were cranking out sneaux in Paradise, Razors, Challenge, lower park and many other runs. The parking lot was fun..had some beer and chips and it was up into the 20s which was still chilly but warmer than earlier. Pops even bought a pizza from the one food stand and the slice I had was MSY mad Steezy yo..all in all it was JADIP just another day in paradise and I’m thinking the bakery on Paradise will open tomorrow for fresh cookies..bring your own milk.

Years ago me and my office manager had to take a 7 hour long seminar on how to deal with difficult customers. We both left like two hours early cause it sucked so bad. When my customers apologize for being a pain I just say no problem it’s my job and if they’re super impatient I tell them thank you for being so patient lol.

What kind of experience do people want when getting cleaning services done?? I’m pretty hardcore when it comes to providing the best customer service. I do a lot of hand holding and don’t really require the customers to do much of anything except pay for things and sign contract and approvals. I’m starting to really enjoy being the customer.

What are 87ers? And I can’t do yoga as I don’t have yoga pants.

Bear creek opens on Monday 12/21. Hotel guests and season passholders only the first week and then on 12/28 they start selling day tickets. Talk about a low amount of supply for area skiers who don’t have a season pass. Mob shit toast already post this. Probably the first and last time I’ll go on BCs FB

Felt good calling out the guy with the old school facemask with holes for the mouth and big hole for the nose. How stupid can people be.

Hey All, I’m back from another session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 820AM and it was in the mid 20s under overcast sky’s and people were spilling in like it was a holiday weekend. In the house were Atomic Jeff, BenM, Antman, BethlehemFord Guy, PSUFly, Rodney,Toast and MBike mike. It was just the quad open initially and about a ten minute delayed start which led to a pretty long backup but managed first civilian six pack. The guns were blasting on Razors, Paradise, lower park, tubing and a few other areas. First run Main Street tip to bottom..upper was alright a little funky with some ridges and lower was better..smooth enough. The shuttle was a little slow with fresh manmade. Next run was lazy mile which had some pretty nice conditions and the falls was open half width and funky herky jerky snow especially where it flattens..just have to point em and hold on..if there was a place to catch an edge this was it. By third time in lifeline there was quite the backup just to get through the scanners maybe a 5 minute wait although the lift stopped quite a bit. I skied lazy to falls again..followed by the whole mile to the lot..skied four runs in the time I should have done 6-7. I wasnt planning on hanging around but ended up enjoying very pleasant temperatures along with some sunshine in the lower lot and PSUGuy gave me a beer..was a juicy one and very good. Hungout till 1115 and now at work..the six pack got going maybe at 1030am. All in all was a fun short session a nice preview for the weekend. Dress like a cosmonaut tomorrow..could be in the single numbers at opening bell..JADIP

Big boulder park with no features is a nice steepish run to lap. Big boulder is the first place I skied at age 9 and wasn’t back there again till I was 27 -
Salty did you use all your vacation days this year? If not why not ski tomorrow.
-
You should go and if not be at Blue for opening. I’ll ski some runs with you.

A warm Busch is better than a cold Budweiser. Also a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush..and never trust a big butt and a smile.
-
Did you look at the webcams at all today?? Pretend she in this song refers to the cookies in lower Main Street. Don’t worry there will be cookies on lazy mile instead.

You mean like a bush??

@saltyant it shows you have empathy for the people who bought tickets for today...I’m proud of you little buddy..
