The lag time in PA is much more than one day. More like 2-7 days.

I’m thinking 3-4” so far and snow coming down sideways. It’s pretty light and dry. Some areas with almost no snow and some drifting.

Most take measurements from five different spots and take the average. Middle of the hard seems like snow could be blown away.
