Wolf isn’t going to do that. He and Richard Levine made it clear that it’s not happening. He received way too much pressure from republicans and business owners. Plus the states economy can’t handle that.

All the flyertalk has me itchy to fly...Hanging out in a Florida airport for a couple hours on the way to the Rocky Mountains sounds rad. Longest travel back from Jackson hole took about 54 hours door to door...Jackson to Denver then an overnight in Denver followed by Denver to Arlington VA Reagan airport overnight in Arlington..6 hours of delay for a 45 minute flight to Newark..I think I got economy plus though so at least I wasn’t in Kansas Bahahaha just over it at some point

I don’t think the government will call a national lockdown it’s possible though but we have skiing till then at least. Just enjoy everyday. I’m basically locked down now personally. I’m done going to the bars probably until springtime. I played with Fire a few times and didn’t get burnt so will cash in my chips before I go bust...I’m not meeting with customers anymore this year either..even outside.

Looking like the US will crack 160,000 new cases today. Daily new cases in the US have tripled in the last month.

Biden’s task force is toying with the idea of a 4-6 week long national lockdown. I imagine that would come around late January or February. That’s exactly why I’m not booking travel far in advance.

I had such a nice run of free baggage between all the flights I did on Atomic Jeff’s itinerary and all my southwest flights. That streak will end this winter.

Yup I looked at the curves for every state individually and they’re all bad except Hawaii and some of the Deep South states are staying steady by high cases. Earlier in the pandemic there were various hot spots, now almost everywhere is a hot spot.

Tuesday and Wednesday nights cough cough. It’s only 11/12 not time for concern yet. If it’s 12/12 and still like this you might wanna hitch a ride to Hunter mountain or mount snow with Ski2live.

Pretty funny I also have about $350 in Southwest credits. The nice think about living here in Allentown is that I can fly out of philly, Newark or Lehigh valley. Newark is often cheaper than Philly but I don’t think Philly people want to drive to Newark to save $100. One suggestion Schifdawg is to switch around dates..I find Tuesday flights to be the least expensive followed by Wednesday and Thursday.

Back when my dad and I were partners, our company health insurance kept rising like 10-17% every year and it was a fight between me wanting to continue paying it and him wanting employees to contribute a little bit. Passing on extra health insurance costs to employees in my opinion is demotivating to the employees especially if business is good. We don’t have a 401k for employees though.

Gonna be another record day for new Covid cases. Already about 139,000 new cases and almost 1400 new deaths with a tiny bit of reporting left. Even if new cases won’t rise daily deaths will rise above 2,000 in a few weeks..back on October 18th daily cases in the US were under 60,000. That’s how fast this is exploding. Almost every state is following a steep curve of new cases except a few states in the Deep South. Vermont is about to get hot as well. My suppliers there were really concerned about over 40 new cases in the state. Now the state has the same population as Delco but 50 times the size and no wawa..

Maybe some snowmaking temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Think cold thoughts.
