There are some people I know exactly how they ski…but most are unpredictable…anybody skiing like 85% of my speed or more that’s hogging the trail or skiing side by side with somebody, I’ll just hold back a little which then makes me feel a little less safe cause then I’ll get passed by mofos even straight lining rentards sometimes Somebody who I won’t name because he lurks, will purposely hold back a few seconds at the top so he can go balls to the walls and pass everybody..I’ve noticed so now will hold back even more and watch the fuckery from behind.

That happened to me at wegmans the other week and it was me being sniffed.

I’m getting old..that’s the way I skied from when I was a teenager to my thirties and once I crashed into that kid head on at full speed I’ve been spooked and a bit more cautious. Since then I only had one collision if you can even count it as one. One day last season I was skiing paradise alone and some boomer was hogging the trail and on the second corner when he was going wide left I snuck to his right…he saw me but decided it was the time to go all the way across…so I put on the brakes and he legit almost went back uphill right into my skis…he fell I didn’t cause I’m an agile mofo except in ski area bathrooms and crossing streets in ski towns.

But BMR is considered lessons just the same as the programs some of the PASR groms are in.

Widowmaker isn’t open yet last I checked.

I think generally lessons can cut the liftline. It’s like that everywhere.

Nice report, maybe the heavy overnight rain and 50 degree temps tomorrow AM will scare away some people. Just set up appointments for 1pm and 230pm on Monday so I’m good to ski for doctor Martin Monday AM

28” so far this week at Jackson hole..snowing now and snow in the forecast after month long dry spell. New terrain opening by the hour.

Did you have a chance to checkout the Jackson hole webcams? I think I looked at them today more than i actually skied. I should prob check again before it’s dark.

I keep it in my car when I ski at Blue..so if my car is stolen I’m extra fucked. Also shoes in car that would be a real pickle..there isn’t even a new balance store in the lower lodge..not a bad idea.

Remember when Blue and camelback had big dawg booters..Oz was telling me next week is gonna be real cold..I think a lot of new terrain will be open…

It’s crazy I still wanna put a deadhead sticker on my friends moms Cadillac. Only problem is she’d know it was me and don’t confuse her with Stacey’s mom…she’s a smoke show..I used to mow her lawn and she always had Sunny Delight in the fridge and even purple drank..I don’t think it was lean prob Kool Aid

@saltyant you should do focus groups..you can get paid cold hard cash which can easily be converted into five packs of Yoo Hoo and foot by the foot. Remember to hook up airhead, dime, enjorales sons and cousin and Harold..better get two five packs.

Hey All, It’s almost another weekend, is anybody planning on skiing Blue mountain the true mountain? Looks like a short but heavy rainfall ending early Saturday AM followed by slowly dropping temperatures but still well above freezing..then Sunday looks like 30mph winds wooooo…hold onto your hat.. Then Monday is MLK day and 8am opening..so could be a nice three day weekend…fun fun fun.

On topic I think skiing Saturday is gonna be fun and not super crowded..Sunday is gonna be mad brick..bring two extra layers.

Revenue and income are two different things but congrats..whatever deposit you got has to be excellent for cash flow. We are slow but usually are this time of year but all kinds of projects. I’m so jaded…but lick my chops when I see people outside measuring our largest display piece. That job is nice but gotta get more it never ends…
