Hey All, I’m back from a fun night session at Blue mountain the true mountain. Earlier today it was raining and I feared Blue would close at 4pm but alas they were open from 9-9. I arrived at the lower lot around 630pm and it was around 45 degrees and there was a bus in my parking spot. Atomic Jeff arrived about ten minutes later and off to the quad. The only other PASR in the house was TheDude4Bides who was working on whirlybirds and level 3 stuff. First run Paradise and it was nice..smooth and fast..second run nightmare dreamweaver my first time on it since it became a boardercross course the root rollers aren’t that bad. Upper Main Street was $$$ so smooth a little soft some cushion for the pushing..lower was decent..lazy mile was run of the night was fast and the right hand turn you could ride up on the wall..I felt more G’s than an Oakland hooker on that curve. A couple more nightmare dreamweavers and a few crazy miles..quick parking lot beer and out...not enough people for any lines and snow was soft and fast and not that choppy...MSY mad Steezy yo!!

I’m ready for some night skiing in a few. I haven’t night skied in 3 weeks.

Thanks this is my 7th year in a row going to Colorado in April..before that I skied Aspen one year and created butte wat back in the day. On my trips I’ve been to steamboat, beaver creek, Loveland copper and Abasin. I like staying in Silverthorne and mainly skiing copper Abasin and Loveland. Why did you move back to Philly.

Skiing morning of last day gonna be way better quality skiing than after a travel day. Depending on the weather I’ll give you pointers on where to ski for the best snow. If it’s warm and gets cold the south facing terrain will be rough while the north facing will be pleasant chalk..where are you staying??

I just booked my flights for Colorado in April. Flying direct out of philly to Denver Tuesday 4-14 and back Tuesday 4-21...on southwest with early check in $326 could have been cheaper but the times are good with these flights. I didn’t even know that southwest is no longer flying out of Newark oh well parking is a lot cheaper out of Philly.
