  1. The cheapest plans you’re looking for are more than $12 a month. Probably like $50+ a month. Do you have unlimited data on your work iPhone??
  2. I’m glad you weren’t a victim of identity theft.
  3. Thanks Kyle beat me to it.
  4. Yes for sure...
  5. ****Part 2**** After the zero to 100 run from the peak I boarded chair 4. Scrub to the left of the chair had been groomed which I have never seen before usually it’s a mogul run and there was the small amount of new snow on top with only a few tracks. I skied mercury to perfect bowl to scrub all untracked and it was great charged the whole run and repeated it. Then I went over to chair 9 with a safety break in the woods on the way over. I only did two laps off chair 9 and the snow on the top was similar to perfect bowl but a bit gluey on the lower aspects. Then skied back over to the chair 4 area back to the base. I was starving like Marvin and starting to feel a little sore. I went to Mexican restaurant in Frisco then went to target to buy a few things including a towel because the towels here suck. I also pre purchased an Abasin ticket for tomorrow for $65.99.
  6. Yeah Salty is the only person I know who doesn’t like poop humor.
  7. A few more pictures from first half of day... What kind of sandwich would the PASR hardcores JLAW, Atomic Jeff, Salty and Eaf get...Chorizo..cause they like things a little spicy and early shot of the lot..when I left there were only like three more rows of cars. Not many people out at all.
  8. April 17th...Loveland Colorado day 2 of 6 *****Part 1**** Hey All, I’m back from another fun ski day here in Colorado. I arrived st Loveland around 9am and scored a pretty close parking spot. The temperature at the base was around 31 with a few flakes in the sky. I purchased ticket at the window for $65..spring rates FTW..began on Chet’s express and first run did a warm up on mambo which had a bit of fresh on the sides and groomed underneath. A little sticky on flatter areas but not bad and some cushion for the pushing. Back up Chets and this time took spillway to waterfall and then hung left to chair six..while terrain is mellow off chair six I found a few nice pitches and sidehills to get fresh as I went down to the Ptarmigan lift which had some nice untracked near the top and then I ended up taking a little sidehill chute Tomahawk to chair 9 which goes to the summit ridgeline at 12,700 feet...on the second half of the ride the winds picked up..I was caked in heavy wet snow..it’s a quad lift I was riding alone and no Safety bar and no visibility the last few lift towers. At the top took a picture or two of low Vis snow was blowing sideways. Ended up taking patrol bowl great a double diamond I’ve skied it before but not I. Almost zero Vis..pretty much picked my way down two turns at a time then could see rope to the left and chairlift towers to the right..was way more tiring than it needed to be as I went so slow for the top half of the bowl than around the old midstation of chair 9 visibility went from zero to 100 real chick...I skied down to chair 4... to be continued.
  9. This guy wants to build a ski resort with no lifts. https://www.adventure-journal.com/2019/04/meet-the-guys-who-want-to-build-a-ski-resort-without-a-chairlift/
  10. Nice start to the day at Loveland. Been snowing all morning. I’ve only skied seven runs so far ranging from an 8 minute lap on the new high speed quad to a slow and deliberate ski by Braille vertigo run from the top. Very quiet and low key here. The snow that’s falling is of the heavy wet variety and sticking to everything. Only a few pictures only getting two bars here so failed when I tried to upload like 6.
  11. Suiting up to ski now. Some nice flakage a few minutes ago.
  12. I wear boxers so my junk can flop around in the moguls. That looks like NmSkis tighty whities just got Starbucks haven’t seen any Tesla’s out here. Loveland on the horizon today in about two hours.
  13. Snowing just a skiff but the mountains are obscured. I don’t know if this is the buoy pop I was hoping for but nice to see snow in the air down in Silverthorne its warm feels like 35 so likely 20s and raw in the hills.
  14. Make sure wallyworld is open...I’d rather ski sugarbush late season than killington snowball to spring fling is a great wide open north facing spring run.
  15. The views here are far superior than to JH..hard to top the grand Tetons but here so many ranges and peaks
  16. Needs window washing services.
  17. Awesome pictures thanks for taking this thread up to the next level...I actually skied a little wintry snow was more like styrofoam which I like. I just think Monday was exceptionally sunny and warm I know I went without shades for a few minutes at rental car place and my future didn’t look so bright.
  18. Some of the stuff he’s talking about I’ve skied..some I would only ski with a guide and in deep stable snowpack which is similar to what we have now although any load of new snow and some winds and there could be slab avalanches. The base is locked solid though. Wet slides are scary Ive experienced them. Might get warm enough for them this weekend.
  19. Eaf I smoke the real stuff yes it’s called flower and it’s cheaper to buy 3.5grapes in a dispensary in Idaho falls than 2 grapes at same store..and they have flat screen monitors and all that. Real modern except my hotel room at the days in. Vaulted ceiling is great I wish I had a basketball hoop. Could practice my free throws.
  20. Ok cool looks like great weather Saturday. Love that high sun angle.
  21. April 16 2019 Day 1 of 6. Hey All, I’m back from a fun day at Abasin. Arrived at the Early riser lot around 910am and it was super empty I parked in about the 8th row. Getting ticket from barcode on my phone was easy peazy skiing and Bloody Mary for $69. I was on the Black mountain express by about 930..and first skied Sundance which is actually a green as a warmup because it had a ton more fresh cord than the adjacent blue and I wanted to ski a quick run before the two lift slog to the top..skied Powerline which is one of my favorites twice..was nice cord very grippy as I said earlier 8 out of 10 east coast cord. Made my way over the the new beavers lift and skied the far left blue trail that had a warning that said this is their steepest blue..wow visions of Hunter North were in my brain for good reason as I had read that some lower internediates were getting in over their head in the new steep terrain. The snow off trail was rough so only went in the woods to make yellow snow and be safe. After I exited the woods there was a lady skier real solid probably like a type 3 minus and a guy skiing with her all over the place. I decided to give them a little time to get going more so I would have a clear run. Well I caught up to them alright the guy had slid almost in the woods and both skis were on and I handed him a poll..the bottom half of that run was stair step terrain and steep with a big Whoa Zone type fence so people have to go through the narrow center. I’m sure there are enough bloopers on that area to make an episode of America’s funniest home videos. By the time I was back on the new Beavers lift I was sweating woo..didn’t really cool off till near the top when it was windy and cloudy. Then skied powerline down to the mid mountain lodge. Had a Bloody Mary and $1 coors light 8 ounce can then had an ipa and soft pretzel. Pretzel was good I didn’t have much food earlier free breakfast at days inn does have hard boiled eggs which I like with some @saltyant high sodium day..cloudy with a chance of meatballs. Ended up talking to guy sitting next next to me at bar when I had like half my beer left I said I was gonna take a safety break and he said he’d show me a smoke shack. I didn’t go inside the shack but others were posted up in there..I was warned of traverse by a South Carolina raised snowboarder it was not much maybe 8 whoopdees..then I did three runs with snowboarder..it was the best conditions and light of the day and I really just stuck to the fall line on a combination of groomed and ungroomed also amazing skiing some nice lines that were solid 3 hours earlier. Peaced out of Abasin around 112 stopped at the Noodles and company and they’re closed for renovation so went to cheeba hunt got French dip sandwich and Arnold Palmer. Everything is weed themed in there sizes of sandwiches are Nug, Pinner and Blunt. Sandwich ok Quiznos level if Ski2Live knew what I paid for it he’d probably say a fool and his money. It was a fun day a bit of commaraderie in row 8 at Abasin..was able to ski back to within 8 cars of my rental. The picture of the snowboarder is during about a three run window whe. The snow was just perfect and the light was as well then light got flat..
  22. I thought you were more of a Loveland Guy. The conditions you mentioned aren’t at all what it was like today. I did see a few hiking to North Pole...my favorite snow was in the gully’s off Lenawee was Corning up after about noon..most of the new beaver terrain hadn’t softened yet when I was over there. Fun low key day at Abasin. More pictures and report later. I think I’m hitting up Loveland tomorrow could be a couple inches new.
  23. Hahaha yeah well I removed most of the salt. Just ate like 7 weed gummies. Report to come soon. Getting settled in.
