Sure if you count the change. Im guessing mid 8 figures. Then with vails money Blue can build a nice valley lodge, water park and hotel. Ski2Live is probably hoping for more glades along with a 7th grade pass for $99

If Vail buys blue likely parking attendants, employee uniforms(sorry no Grateful Dead T-shirt’s for liftees), VIP lane is a blue phenomenon so probably death to that..perhaps 9am opening on weekdays and 830am on weekends, pay parking, I don’t see bigger crowds happening. Everybody who wants to ski Blue is already there and they only have so much capacity. I really hope Barb consults with some of the core Blue passholders like me, Atomic Jeff, Root and Salty before making the big decision.

The rumor mill is mentioning Vail purchasing Blue mountain. Tim Oswald is a good source for info when he’s not skiing down with both poles in one hand.

I think 15 minutes is an exaggeration but figure its 5 minutes. Let’s say 15 times a year. That’s 75 minutes to save $200 or something...not to shabby. I’d rather have $200 vaporize from my bank account than stand in a ticket line 15 times for 5 minutes.

I would be fucking pissed of if I was the twin who didn’t get the season pass and had to use other twins or dads buddy pass like a Jerry.

Would it piss one of the kids off to not be a passholder? Would this require going to ticket office prior to skiing each time.

Sounds like they’d also know about good taco spots..I approve.

Hey All, I’m back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 1055am after a quick pit stop at Sheetz for a breakfast sandwich. I was all out of sorts and my phone had slipped under my seats and my Herman was loose..my brain was foggy and so was 2/3rd of the mountain. It was a bit like groundhogs day of 2 weeks ago complete with shadows..Atomic Jeff as well. Razors and Main Street were the runs we skied the most. Razors was oh so smooth and fast thanks to the Urea and Main Street still has fresh cord after 1230 on the upper right side. Paradise and lazy were also nice and you could let the run on those trails a little more. It was damp and moist out and not many people. The quad only was running on the east side. Skied 10 runs in an hour and 40 minutes and then had some resin and perpetual beer and cheese balls..didn’t see Enjorales and dad at all but I believe they were there...also saw some sketchy people in the lot..now I know what ZZSlope was talking about. I’ll be back out on Tuesday night. I think I only took two pictures today.
