We are still special at Blue, VIP line, discounts, season passholder party maybe but at like 2pm on a Sunday so turnout is low.

Pants and jacket I think last year before JH…but I ski in the rain sometimes. The important stuff, ski socks and under armor gets washed every week. I think JLaw went 28 days in a row skiing the same pair of unwashed socks. Talk about stiff socks

If you always keep your pass in the same zipped pocket you won’t lose is unless you lose your jacket.

That’s crazy should be like $5 or zero. Sheesh if I owned a ski resort, not only would I replace the pass no charge but I’d give a voucher for a hot cocoa or soft drink as well. My response would be,”oh man that stinks I hate losing stuff, I’ll print you off a new pass and have a cocoa on us we appreciate your business”. But I’m a customer service wizard.

It’s prob only a one square inch area area below my big toe on outside id foot..unfortunately on my larger foot…getting into ski boot major ouch..first few minutes in Pain goes down. Lift rising pain is 3 out of 10..skiing almost zero pain even in 3D snow…then taking off boot ouchie. I’m trying to have a good attitude, I’m not sick, still semi productive at work, sleeping well. This isn’t as bad as when this happened in March, then walking around a grocery store was terrible now no issues doing a couple thousand steps of everyday life but frustrating because I was doing well walking more and keeping my activity up. @toast21602 I’m hoping you feel better soon. We all have enough in our plate it sucks when more gets added that don’t involve nachos.

I did the same but because my foot was bugging me and don’t wanna make it worse with JH in 9 days but I’m going tomorrow then maybe take another little break. At work now and dumping here. Ironic that I included ad for Foot doctor

They have plenty of water in the snowmaking ponds..I don’t want to hear any complaining if you get stuck on a chairlift right in the spray zone of one of Blues snowmaking cannons..this is gonna be exciting to watch and ski woooooo

Wow..and how was your stay?? My friends dad owned that Ramada in the 1990s..I was in there a few times but never stayed there. In the one 50 cent song he said he stayed in a Ramada..and he’s a P I M P

@saltyant I have to agree with you that MLK day will be a nice day to play skiing. When Razors is finally open that’s when it’s really worth it to ski during the week except that sometimes razors is still closed for races and they do night training sometimes.

That’s where they have the Lehigh Valley Latina awards..Jaciel Cordoba from WFMZ channel 69 was in attendance. Looked like a nice spread pernil, rice, beans, chiccarones..maybe even pico de gallo at the Mexican American section of the buffet.

@tarponhead stayed at the Ramada Inn in Whitehall which has recently been renovated. The hookers don’t come with the room. I think there’s still a comedy club there. But that’s where I’d stay…a shame blue no longer has ski and stay packages with local hotels. Back in the 90s they had ski and stay packages starting at $69 per person per day double occupancy not including taxes.

Dime I thought you parked over by the quad. And Schifdawg and Nancy got Atomic Jeffs parking spot. He was down south running. I really liked the snow today…hopefully it will be awhile until we have 52 degrees at opening….there was barely any garbage under the Original six pack…

The big question is do they focus on building a deep base on existing terrain and a few more runs or do they get aggressive and try to get the place 100% but with a smaller base…I’m sure that’s the talk right now in the war room..I mean they already have 19 runs open..get some of the small runs open to really beef up the trail count. X-ing, Cursis, Central Park, finish line, and little gap…

What about the Sullivan lift? That’s where the steeps are. Maybe the Stevenson was closed due to winds. I don’t understand what Sullivan and Stevenson have to do with Egypt.

Hey All, I’m back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 720am and it was 52 degrees and cloudy. I. The house was everybody except Atomic Jeff and Salty. All three high speeds we’re running and crowds were light to moderate. First run was Main Street top to bottom which was nice cord on the top and already a bit chewed up on lower, Lazy mile was very nice hero snow. Paradise was pretty nice as well and I enjoy the little ribbon lower right. Yes a lot more snow melted with the warmth and rain but they’re in ok shape. Got on midway just once and was some bumps and push piles. As the morning went on I found Main Street better as the lines were more defined. Wasn’t grate for doing GSS turns but nice for short radius. I skied either 11 or 12 runs…in the lot some serious winds and a shower passed through and even a few flakes. I then went to the covered bridge in with JLaw, Mute, Enjorales, Dirtwolf, Boo Bear, Becky Boo, Walter and Grayson. Fun lunch and waitress was on point dividing the check up like five ways. We be interesting what tomorrow AM is like, I’m not expecting hero snow. JADIP
