  1. I lost 4-5 pounds...but I drank about the least amount I ever have in JH and didn’t have much of an appetite the first three days. Today I’ve been ravonous but only had one real meal yesterday.
  2. If you look at the cams liftlines aren’t that bad now. A lot of locals go up for 2-3 runs on a pow day than go to work.
  3. Hey All, Its almost another weekend, Is anybody gonna be at Blue mountain the true mountain? Looks like nice temperatures..
  4. I still have the cheeseburger in Paradise song stuck in my head!!
  5. Nice report!!!
  6. I also realized that I never skied cheyanne gully with NMSki,JFDan and MBike Mike...all y’all will have to come back again so we can ski it. That’s a fun fun run that leads to either north Hoback or lower Sublette ridge...like a natural halfpipe
  7. There weren’t crowds at all the days you skied with me and Jeff. Best advice is to get in line early..then you’ll at least have a few laps on upper mountain lifts with no lines.
  8. I’m watching the webcams right now and the base area except for the Tram will be cleared of people in another 10-15 minutes..both gondolas and the teewinot lift have a lot of capacity. There will surely be epic long lines on this huge pow day on thunder and sublette and maybe Teton lift as well. Marmet never has a line and can access 1,000 vert of nice woods from it. Today is the opposite of a sleeper pow day. If it was like 4-5” new wouldn’t be that busy but 18” in 24 hours with 8” overnight woooo
  9. Yeah first tracks are overrated
  10. Bottled beer isn’t as popular. I always liked cans better because they take up less space.
  11. Oh I remember that..and glad we have people like Ski2Live defending corporate America....in the words of Rodney Dangerfield..No Respect
  12. Why doesn’t Blue offer a weekday only pass anymore?
  13. The closest to a ski school was the university of Vermont..more of a party school.
  14. Oh Lordy 18” in the last 24 hours at JH..will be fun looking at the lineup this morning. Up to 359” on the season..should be over 400” for the PASRs who visit at the end of the month and early March.
  15. Machine groomed frozen granuler..maybe spring conditions tomorrow and then icy death this weekend.
  16. Coverage looks great!!!
  17. Did you know you can cut one slice of pizza into three slices...
  18. That’s the anti atomic Jeff...if I can see through like 15% of my windshield I’m Gucci
  19. I’m going to start my Jackson hole..the good the bad the ugly...it’s probably gonna end up being long..A lot happened in the last 9 days...being home in one piece is a major accomplishment. I was treated like a VIP by all hands down..only douches were the Teton Gravity mags bitching about the Ikon pass..I think it’s super good for the sport get over it..Most of y’all are from New Jersey and became skibums because you got waitlisted at your safety school. And you aren’t a true bro if you bitch about where tourists sit on a bus who were first on..dude was like,”wow they got on first they should sit in the back so they’re last to leave..no bro first on sits where they want and can manspread a bit until it gets real crowded... You can not beat first gondola. Ride with the coolest locals who live for skiing.Worse places to catch up on PASR and Facebook and radars and Blue mountain webcams than next to the scanners and watching people get in line who I probably won’t see again till the third run unless I wipeout on first run and they’re the ones picking up my bent poles. To Be Continued...
  20. There’s ice coming off all the trucks on 78. Sketch city.
  21. This is just outside of the town of Jackson. Just so much snow and another 4-5 feet by Saturday.
  22. Only for the first and last minute or two at low elevations.
  23. When sugarbush was an American skiing company resort they sometimes would open in October.
