Still no falls this season for me not even on the falls..knocking on my hardwood floors three times and I did a little hot dogging today. I didn’t see Salty until more than an hour into my session today but there were at least 500 salty lookalikes ranging in age from 11 to 47

I also skied lower come around to midway once and lower come around was a honk yard with one mini Booter that has seen better days near the end..on midway the snow was alright some kid had a yard sale and I grabbed the poles in one fell swoop brought em 30 yards down..chucked them at kid and kept going as Indiggio flew down an apparently icy falls.

I don’t know but I’ve never seen Indiggio check his speed so much before the falls. It was spicy.

Oh and people saying Blue blew a lot of snow on Razors..whatever you’re smoking can I have some of it..gosh...they wanted to get it open by Saturday and the head groomer said no way it needs a lot more snow...all the wind today snowmaking production was not great. Also the Urea they sprayed on falls made it about the iciest I’ve ever seen.

I count at least five different skiing sessions done by PASRs today.

Hey All, I’m back from a fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 630 in the PM and it was in the upper 20s with the snowmaking cannons blasting on at least 6 runs including Razors, Challenge, Lower Park, Paradise, Widowmaker and random spots. In the house were Indiggio, Antman and SaltyAnt along with 20+ buses. First run was lazy mile to the falls..lazy wasn’t that crazy and the falls was slick..homestretch was so busy it was insane and the sugar was deep but kind of fun and I got air off a few of the rollers..woo. Main Street was blown smooth on the top half..semi edgeable hardpack upper and some light sugar on the bottom. Paradise was alright and it as busy possibly due to wet guns going on the lower section. On the second run on paradise SP3000 was out in full force and I got whistled at on first corner and second corner I got whistled at and even at a ski patroller not on skis charge towards me..it was as exhilarating as the smell of waffles and teen spirit in the air. I ended up skiing 8 runs in about an hour and a half then went to the lot and had a beer with Indiggio. Wasn’t great conditions wasn’t bad..was ok..a nice little ski fix to hold me over until the weekend.

Well once switchback is open I’ll ski it a lot...one of my favorites.

We’re not even 7 weeks into the skison yet...strike 2..I’m fucking happy we’ve had skiing if Blue was 30 miles south they would just be reopening like bear creek will in a few days.

Dude there’s still gonna be sugar..but you just have to adjust your technique to ski it...maybe you’ll actually ski a run or two with me tonight...not hold up and wait till I’m ahead...what time is your ETA Salty??

Ahhh depends how the weather is in the future. Blue could be nearly 100% open by the end of the month. I also think they would want to get a new run open early in the season. It wouldn’t be the last run to open. That would likely be sidewinder or Switchbaxk.

Wow that much coverage on Razors already??? Hard to believe.
