Plenty of ski areas use double blues. I know camelback did and Jackson hike uses double blues. In Europe they use reds as an in between intermediate and advanced.

Hey All, It’s almost another weekend, anybody going to be at Blue mountain the true mountain? They still have 22 runs open. The weather looks nice on Sunday. Tomorrow looks like probable rain. I’ll be up Sunday for sure, tomorrow based on how the radar looks in the AM and if they’re even open.

Late tonight and early tomorrow AM is blues one decent chance to blow snow this week. Things like winds, cloud cover and an inversion could hinder that. Think cold thoughts y’all. I don’t know if I’m skiing tonight...my friend wants to have me over for supper..might just wait till the weekend.

Of course it was the riders fault. Would have been blues fault if the chair fell from the cable. I think the biggest cause of death is blunt force trauma. Hitting a tree, lift tower, solid object. In places like the Rockies and the alps I would think that avalanches are the greatest killer.
