  1. I’ve never tried snowboarding except on a sledding hill..I did skateboard a bit as a kid was never that good could basically cruise around and jump on and off curbs..I just like the stance facing downhill on skis better and using poles and being pretty equal on both sides while it I did snowboard my toe side would be 90% better than my heel side which is scary to me..plus skis are great transportation on bigger mountains..can cover ground a lot faster on traverses. I bet they’re still talking about Colorado!!
  2. These conditions are too slow to mess with lazy. Stick to razors edge and challenge. Maybe sidewinder.
  3. Eaf complaining about snow conditions in April at Blue is as much of a first world problem as me complaining about housekeeping waking me up from my nap.
  4. If you bring salty some captains wafers he might tell you some of the things he learned in his lesson at Stowe.
  5. That’s nice of you!!! I’ve helped reset vandalized memorial stones before for no charge mainly for good PR. Ski2Live have your girls started talking about wanting to snowboard yet? Make sure they put some skin into it if they’re interested in snowboarding...
  6. Wow donuts and coffee aren’t just a morning thing for you. You drank coffee/Latte slow for it to last the entire drive up from the Q
  7. Wow so new snow that falls in April and then gets skied on for several hours and gets exposed to warm temperatures all day isn’t perfect??? Maybe try some bumps?? Should set up when it gets dark at 730..
  8. Is this the board you bought this season? Should be good a few more days.
  9. Demo bindings just add unnecessary weight like almost everything I eat except for jello.
  10. The first time I went to Hooters was on an SGA trip to Baltimore inner harbor and then we went to an Orioles game. Me and a few friends went to Hooters and a friends Dad came along as well. The Dad ordered a wine cooler and poured it onlver a glass of ice which I thought was kind of wimpy. I was surprised by Hooters because I figured I would see some owls.
  11. Where did you put your ski stuff? In a closet? Is your bachelor party the entire weekend or just one day? Me thinks you should try to ski this weekend..are you staying at the Holiday inn express in KOP? There’s a Hooters next door.
  12. I agree I know they are selling some tickets today!!! Could also be a snowstorm this weekend.
  13. I agree and roads are 100% normal now.
  14. Was later than that.
  15. Hey All, I’m back from a triple bonus day at Blue mountain..it’s April, they were supposed to be closed originally and there was 6” of fresh Perd!! The drive up was uneventful and I arrived in the lower lot just after 730am and in the house were Atomic Jeff, Toast, Ryan, Moe Ghoul, MBike Mike, Phillycore, Root, bumper Chris, Fritz and many more. Had a Perpetual IPA in the lot.. I was actually second civilian chair...first run on razors was deeper than I thought it would be..bottomless..the flats were slow as to be expected as we were breaking trail on homestretch and the flat below the last head wall. Next run was Challenge only a few tracks mostly untracked..went back to razors for the last of the untracked. Hit up Sidewinder for sweet untracked especially along the sides..I believe that was skied twice along with Nightmare to dreamweaver. I skied to the right of the bumps had untracked smooth the entire nightmare and even skied between two holes..mad technical yo!! Hoofed it over to X-ing and it was a dream wow..deaths of untracked an hour into the session..down Main Street which still had some fresh on the sides up the Burma chair and skied upper widowmaker which was untracked across to x-ing to Main Street to the base. Up 6-pack and had a sweet run on lower Widowmaker to midway to Main Street. Chute had lots of untracked but frozen moguls below it. Up Burma chair and top to bottom nearly untracked Widowmaker was tits mcgee..to chop city midway to a semi smooth lower Main Street. Peaced out at 1012AM..not often you get untracked snow last run of the season at Blue. Off to Colorado Wednesday..I think there’s a 40% chance Blue reopens weekend of 4-14/4-15
  16. Always a chance. They are open until 8pm today.
  17. Bahahaha
  18. Yes on lower Main Street.
  19. Fifth snowstorm since the beginning of March but first one was on that windy Friday and Blue was closed and second one happened during night skiing and got groomed out. Last three all $$$$$$
  20. Even phillycore is in the House. Still some fresh on Widowmaker for him.
  21. Ski2Live said camelback yesterday was better than Saturday at Blue..today was like an Ice Cube song!!!
  22. First part of the drive to WaWa in Whitehall was easy. I imagine it will be much spicier closer to the mountain.
