  1. Hey All, I'm back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 7:22am and Antman was already in the house and the temperature was around 20 degrees. Also in the house were Atomic Jeff, Toast, Johnny Law, NMSki, Ryan, PARidge, Enjorales, ZZSlope, JFDan, Nastar Glenn, Indiggio and many others. I managed the 2nd civilian six pack since I didn't get after it and I think they actually let us out at 759am wow.. First run was on Challenge for me because I wanted a continuous run not the Razors to falls which is sort of awkward..with the bottom of Razors closed for the mogul competition. Skied challenge again and was frozen cord pretty good. Main Street had the nicest snow and nightmare Dreamweaver was also real good. I skied challenge and switchback the most and only skied sidewinder twice. Skied 8-10:15 got 7 runs first hour and 6 runs second hour and 2 third hour. Every run was good. Only a few semi crowded runs. No real lift lines and the lift only stopped once or twice. Then hungout in the lot had some beer, hungout with some Long Island deadheads, had a stellar Antman donut so light and airy and a soft pretzel from Nastar Glenn. As ice cube once said,"today was a good day". I'll post some lifestyle shots later. This is all I have for now. Temperature was 39 degrees when I left a little after noon and 45 down in the A. Blue blew snow all over the place as well.
  2. Weather looks spectacular today as well just a degree or three cooler. Right now 25 at Allentown and 18 at mount pocono. I'm guessing will be around 20 or lower in an hour and a half at lower lot. What time is the competition? Actually 17 now mount pocono. Blue is usually the average of Allentown and mount pocono.

  4. Nah we can get our own but link arms when we drink them for stoke
  5. I'm sure they hired stylists. I prefer horse with no name.
  6. No the Beatles..not to be confused with the monkees or the Pomeranians
  7. Wow just wow. I need to look on a map to see where Georgia is. It reminds me of the song back in the USSR by the Beatles..
  8. Looks good. Woods look like a bitch on a snowboard.
  9. I'd be taking video if I was a bystander...I'm that guy that slows down to get an extra good glimpse of a car wreck...gaper delay GSS. The video is good for when the injured Sue the ski resort. That lift is pretty low near the bottom. A lot of lifts climb high pretty fast.
  10. Looks like Blue is gonna have the famous shamrock hunt tomorrow. Find a shamrock and redeem it for a prize at the last run lounge.
  11. The snowmaking blog is hinting at staying open into April..I'm hoping they make the 14th-15th when I'm back from Colorado. https://bluemountainsnowmakers.com/2018/03/16/march-magic/
  12. They always seem to put us near the bullseye mid range but then we get low to. Moderate accumulations.
  13. This picture is from Truckee where they are expecting another 1-2 feet of snow..coincidently the snow that's falling in Tahoe is from the same system that could slam areas of the mid Atlantic in 4 days.
  14. This is how deep it still is up by the old Tanglewood ski area. What im gathering so that the models are all over the place making this a low confirdence forecast but we could be in for another bomb cyclone.
  15. I'm only caught up to 1pm today on the accuweather forums and skimming as fast as I can and I only began with this mornings discussion. The Enjorales/Ski2Live beef consumed too much time earlier along with Phillycore getting Whiteboy wasted. Are you back from Vegas?
  16. 11 people were injured..none were life threatening. https://www.google.com/amp/abcnews.go.com/amp/US/people-hurt-terrifying-ski-lift-malfunction-georgia-ski/story%3fid=53800738
  17. The video reminds me of this..one of Indiggios favorites.
  18. Next thing you know his kids are gonna have to toss him 75 cents towards lunchables..to get some skin in the game I'm still wondering if Ski2Live got a goodnight kiss from the guy he took to the Bruce Springsteen concert..the one he split a steak with lol.
  19. I liked the video but you never answered my question whether the tall brunette singer offers private voice lessons?
  20. It would have to be really really cold for that to happen.
  21. You really put ski to live on ignore??
  22. I do remember at the start of 6th grade I wanted nice sneakers like Nike Airs or Reebox pumps. In 5th grade I had LA Gears and I got made fun of for wearing them. The problem was my mom would only spend $50 for sneakers and Nike airs were a lot more so I paid my own money for the difference. I must have gone to 6 different shoe stores before settling on a modest pair of Nike airs that were about $70 but they had the little windows that you could see into. While they weren't the Air Max, or Air Jordan, Andre Agassis or Bo Jacksons they were still pretty nice. The funny thing now is that my current sneakers are rarely much over $50.
  23. I think it's good that you are teachers your kids to not be freeloaders. You know what they say take out the papers and the trash or you don't get no spending cash. I don't know if little kids put the same monetary value on something like going skiing vs something like buying a toy. What does a children's lift ticket at Elk cost??
