  3. Well.theres your problem. You went on a saturday. Its prime midweek during the day. But for real, its something different and pretty fun to hit.
  4. Dfd off the lego block would be dirty
  5. yeah thats why i asked. these are kids who go about maybe 4 times a year so when i heard 65 footer i laughed at them.
  6. how big are blues jumps in sidewinder? i havent been there yet this year as i have a pass to bear but some kids in my school were talking about it and throw out the number 65 feet for one of the jumps so i was just wondering.
  7. you would think it would take more work to get the skid loader and dig the fd out and to just fix it, or even if they had to pull it out to fix it why not fix it instead of turning it around. they have plenty of other rails they could have put in there for the time being. the tire was in the bottom of black bear this year as a stall for about 2 weeks. the wall ride is probably in the boneyard.
  8. i agree with the up rails, maybe 1 or 2 would be nice. the flat down is set up the way it is because the topsheet on the down section is coming up about mid way down the box. i dont know why they flipped it around instead of just taking it out or fixing it but thats why its set up as a long flat to down.
  9. im not riding but what did you do to your shoulder? i dislocated my shoulder about 5 years ago playing lacrosse and i still get small sharp pains every now and then.
  10. The last picture is pretty cool.
  11. today was pretty decent considering all of the ice they got wednesday. snow was fast and slow in spots. park crew, can you please please please rake the fresh snow on the jumps and lips in the park. other than that everything else was prime.
  12. if you know where penn london is there are 2 huge 15 stairs behind the school with perfect handrails. always wanted to hit it just never got over there before it was plowed.
  13. How'd you break your neck? Oh, and I noticed you live in landenberg, know any good urban rails around here?
  14. as a passenger or patient?
  15. my guess would be he had a heart attack/stroke and that caused it. probably too early to tell until there's an autopsy but thats just my guess.
  16. hmm, thats interesting. a spinal cord injury causing death?
  17. Im not saying people in pa arent assholes but they speak more liberally in new jersey haha
  18. mountain creek's in northern new jersey what'd you expect.....
  19. unless someone was related to the person or saw it happen you probably wont find out. not too many people on here go to CB and even if there were patrollers on here from CB i dont think they can exactly say what happened. my guess would be person vs tree or some type of head trauma.
  20. i have a feeling he's shadows.....
  21. Yeah I saw you. I didn't hit the tubing jumps today. But everything else was nicely set up. And I agree about sinning in the snow, I was throwing 3s in black bear and when it started to snow it got harder to judge the landing. Say something next time you see me, im always looking for people to ride with
  22. just got back from bear. snow was fast and light today. started to slow down a little when the natural snow started falling. park was in awesome shape. jump in cascade was nice and both double lips in black bear were pretty sweet. the candy cane was dug out today making it a little higher. the picnic table to down wide box was pretty fun as well. i loved the down flatbar next to A lift at the bottom of black bar. its set up well and slides well. all in all it was a pretty good day. rolled out around 1 after all the gapers started coming in haha
  23. im not sure about a mid mountain lodge? but as for the kids, an open (8:30) to close (10) ticket is $47 for children ages 6-12 and $43 for an 8:30 to 4 ticket.
