Beautiful golf weather yesterday. Bay Creek Golf Club in Cape Charles VA, parents are building a house/retiring here. Hoping the old man gets the golf membership, the views alone are worth it.

Last of the potato’s I had this year. Also drowning in cucumbers. Eat one every day and can’t keep up.

Finally got some rain yesterday to cool things off. Temp went from 98 to 79 in about 3 minutes before all hell broke loose. IMG_7896.MOV

Potatoes did alright for my first go at it. I think next year I’m going to expand the planter box and try to get a few more plants in there.

I’m unfamiliar with the bike park and everything, is the sixer not equipped to handle uphill bike travel?

Got a good cut in tonight and some sunset time with the pup.

The smoke haze and some storm clouds made for an incredible looking sky this evening.

Little hazy down here and the slightest hint of smoke smell but nothing like what I’m seeing from up there.

Finally got around to fixing the rotting part of the fence. Should’ve just bought the pre built panels but went the more cost effective route and built the panels myself.

Potatoes are well on their way a month in.

I offered to cut it for her for free, said she’s already got someone who does it (LOL). I took the edger out there last week and edged a fine line so the weed roots don’t grow out into my yard

Overseeding is doing its job, grass is coming in THICK this year, cross cut it every 3rd day and holds the lines well. First pic is from Tuesday, second is from today. Just wish my neighbor would cut their yard to keep the dandelions out of mine.

Got crushed by a storm today/evening. Got lucky here and just had a bunch of branches and some downed fence panels. neighbors missing a trampoline. White circle had a confirmed tornado and destroyed a few houses.

Got a late start but got my potatoes, jalapeños, and cucumbers planted. Small garden to start and see how things go.
