The new edge St rips as well Yes, it sits lower than the normal explorer and has “sport tuned” suspension. They handle extremely well for their size. If I’m not mistaken, I think it essentially uses the same suspension as the police package explorers.

This. I wasn’t out skiing nor did I really get to enjoy the snow, but it was nice to feel like life was back to “normal” for once and to actually be stoked on something for a change. Loved seeing everyone’s snow pictures on Instagram, fb, wherever else. It seemed like for 2 days nothing else in the world mattered to anyone except the snow. It was wonderful.

Damn, let the man enjoy his pow day.

I was talking to my college roommate last night and we couldn’t remember the date. I just remember getting hammered with snow in a short period of time. We went to bear during the one storm and went into the woods to the left of timberline and ripped the bike trails in there for the entire day. We ended up getting way out there on one run and had to hike back up the hill a bit to be able to get back over to the lift. Epic year for sure

What’s worse is the fact I got the automated “the office will be closed today” phone call at 4am this morning even though our office is permanently closed(closing) and is only open to retrieve any belongings left behind. Had the snow day excitement just to have the realization I wfh full time and don’t get snow days anymore

I saw that one as well. A lot of people from PA who have never been north or west to ski have this idea that every single trail on every single mountain needs to have a snow gun on it

Not surprising. We talked about this in the blue thread in regards to them making nightmare/dreamweaver into a park. I think the surrounding resorts are seeing the train wreck that’s a Vail owned JFBB and jumping on the opportunity to showcase what they’ve got to try and reel in some extra sales. bear’s park has always been decent. Once Tom left for beaver creek it struggled for a year or so but it’s gradually been making its way back. They’re limited by management on what they can build which is why the tubing jump line has been sub 40 footers the last few seasons.
