Weird weather day here in southern chester/Delaware county. 55 degrees when I left my house in kennett square, 57 at 9am, tornado warning and straight line winds and soaking rain at 10, 45 degrees at 1pm, now down to 38 and random flurries.

You’d think Friday night would be the night to stick it out and roll the dice that people/school trips/ etc are going to show up.

I had this same thought, if whatever is wrong with them is “terminal” for the season, how were these lifts passing inspections? And when we’re they being inspected? I find it hard to believe that 3 lifts “broke down” all in the same season.

Seriously. Basically to ride freedom now you have to go up tannebaum lift, skate over past little boulder lift, pick up freedom under the first rail line OR skate back uphill to get to the top OR you have to ski all the way out to the Merry Widow lift and head to freedom that way. they also seem to be in absolutely no hurry to build on Love

Edelweiss and little boulder lifts out for the rest of the season as well.

Mt Ellen is a lot of fun and a great place to escape to when Lincoln peak gets too crowded. Never seems to get too crowded over there and there’s some good terrain to be had off of that summit lift by the mid lodge (can’t remember the name of it).

Sunday is up in the air, but planning on it.

Nope. Been too busy on the weekends

I picked skiing back up about 3 years ago and told myself I’d do both equally, don’t think I’ve touched my snowboard more than 2 times since then.
