It's packed. Bear creek still sucks. Got here around 7am (buddy I went with is patrol so he had to be here early). Had a nice breakfast in trails end. 2 eggs, bacon, hash, and toast for $9. First couple of runs were down blackbear. Park is lackluster. Snow is soft and slow as shit. Took a few runs on timberline. Timberline is definitely rotd. I still don't understand why people pay $70 for an adult lift ticket to this place.

The cardboard classic day (although fun to watch) is probably the worst of them all. All the noobies who don't know how to ski end up on East mountain because they want to watch from the top and east Mt because a shit show. Nice human slalom though.

My blue car looked white from the door handles down. I actually pulled some chunks of salt out of my intercooler the other day.

I played hockey on my high school team and a travel team my senior year in high school and worked 35 hours a week. Talked to some of the kids currently on the team now at our alumni game and high school hockey has become almost a full time job for them. On ice practice 3 times a week, off ice training 4, and at least 1 game a weekend. It's insane how much time is put into youth sports nowadays, and I'm not that far removed (7 years).

Yup. Weather report changed from 65 to 58 here. It'll make for an enjoyable drive to and from the flyers game Thursday night.

65 and rain Thursday. Only good to come out of that is washing all of the salt off of the roads.
