You enter in on skiers left of tiMberline. Some places are pretty tight but it does open up a little bit. There needs to be a decent amount of snow to go back there and you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times because there's some drop offs and pretty big rocks down there. It'll take you about 4 runs to find the entrance but once you're in there you'll know. patrol will shit bricks if they see you in there though so be weary. Night is the best time to do it it's got enough light from the trails to see in, but people on the lift and timberline can't see you. And doug, it's not really a stash. Most people know about it they just never go in there because timberline is closed most of the time. Regardless, it's bear creek and thedude skis there regularly so I don't have a problem telling him where it is. If there isn't racing tonight and I head up I'll try to get some pictures for you guys.

Tonight was awesome before the rain. Everything skied nice, including mtb trail "1" to the skiers left of timberline. Lots of fun to be had deep in those woods. Plus it's funny to see the look on the lifties face when you come tearing out of the woods down by the pond.

Welcome to the club

I like the new setup alot BUT the 40' tube to wall ride thing really kills the flow between upper blackbear and lower black bear and the cascade crossover. It would be been better placed at the bottom in my opinion. Other that that the setup is real fun. Any word on Cascade being changed up at all?

Latest instagram picture from them show a metric fuck ton of snow on superstar

All snow down here. Everything off trail that wasn't groomed was about 6 inches of snow on top of the crust from the snow earlier in the week.
-
I was a little irritated with that. Why groom out 6 inches of fresh snow?
-
You like bb's jumps, head up to boulder haha
-
Beaver creek I think? Something like that.
-
This. It's simple doug, just stop tossing it around And cunting up this thread. All you need to no is that there isn't really 1 person running the show. The name was changed to the parks at bear creek, and that everyone's adapted to said changes. Done.

I was talking more about the rail jam stuff getting switched up. overall everything's real fun right now Though. A few things seem like a waste but there's ways around them.
-
Doug can you stop with the bc Ironworks name? It was changed for a reason.
-
I hate bumps, could never do them well on skis or a snowboard.

Setup was pretty fun last night. I like the utilization of lower cascade (next to tubing). the 40 foot tube off the Lego block is sketchy. It moves when you're on it. Imo I would have rather seen that rail used elsewhere. Paskiingsucks, know if anything going to be switched up at all? It would be cool to put a long flat rail in on the cross s between cascade and BB under A chair like they had a few seasons ago.

Pretty much hits the nail on the head. Doug, how many drinks do you buy girls a night. And how many of them don't go home with you. But talk to you the next week yo get a free drink (s) out of yOu?

I guess what I was trying to say is they rely heavily on natural snow? Agreed though, vt is the place to be this year. I keep seeing articles on how crazy the snowfall in the east is this year
-
Mrg is the place that had no snowmaking systems right?
-
I've got 43 days in this year already between bear, boulder, and killington.
-
Domestics are like 350 I think. jack and cokes are $8. pretty on par for any bar.
-
Still equal vert though. Had to beat Doug to the punch
-
Truth. There's always spots to be had closer to the lodge.
-
any spot in the front row, haven't parked anywhere else this year. I'm not being serious with that btw.
-
If this cold holds we shouldn't have a problem making it to April this year.
-
Don't take my parking spot.

I'm not friends with Doug on facebook. Hoping it stays that way.
