I'm still in Colorado, but due to a nerve issue, haven't been skiing in a few years... You-Gene is currently in Switzerland enjoying the Alps and the skiing. (slightly very jealous of that)

Yes I do. Loving it out here. Been to keystone 8 times...breck on friday. Aspen next weekend for the Xgames. Frontier no longer has directs flights from Philly to Denver/Denver to Philly. They ended that on January 7. Thanks dude.

14ish trails at Keystone was extremely fun. More acreage than a fully open Blue Mountain. Can't complain. I'd be perfectly content if Keystone only had 14 trails.

Haha thanks! I'm loving Colorado. Keystone, Breck, and Abasin are expected to get snow every night this week, plus Keystone is blowing snow like crazy. Hopefully they'll be fully open by my Christmas break.

So I went to Keystone out here in Colorado yesterday for my first day out this year. Left my school with my RA and someone else from the floor at around 7:30, hit up Micky D's for some McGriddles, and drove for an hour and change to Keystone. Arrived to a a semi parking lot at around 9ish. Booted up, and got a replacement Epic Local Pass since I left mine at school ( ). We hit up the Gondola and went on a cruiser blue trail. There were only like 10 trails open but still 275 acres of skiable terrain. 10 yards down, I ate shit because I'm not used to my fat skis, and caught an edge. I regrouped and got used to my Dynastars 6th senses. The snow was incredible. It was man made, but super soft and forgiving. We hit up every trail during the course of the day. We left at around 2ish cause we just got too tired. But for a first day, it was incredible. I fricken love Colorado. Going back to Keystone on Thursday and Friday again.

Just picked up these bad boys at the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Expo. Dynastar 6th Sense [Huge]. They're a 2009 model, but got them for $200 bucks. They still retail betweeen $500-$820!

Looking like pretty decent snow on Saturday in the mountains out here in Denver.

Wheels up to Denver tomorrow morning. Starting school all over again. Goodbye kitchens, and hello entertainment management. That means I'm moving to Denver for at least the next 4 years, and hopefully in a couple summers or even next summer I'll be living out there as close to full time as possible. deuces PA. I'll miss ya.

i always expect a huge physical argument when my dad gets defensive... it t'was a good morning though. It was my first day out this season, and I didn't lose anything from last season. Not even one run was need to gain my ski legs back. felt great!

okay maybe not. If no one from here is showing up, I dont think I want to be there alone.
