  1. Definitely look at the Jibpan, i took one for a few runs, the board was awesome. If your looking at a Rome Agent, i have a 156 that im trying to unload if you interested. It's last years model, and it's only been ridden twice. Just something to think about
  2. Rode up at CB today. Definitely impressed for how early in the season it is. Jumps were decent. The second one needs to be a bit bigger, you come into way to fast, and have to scrub most of your speed or you just over shoot the landing.
  3. Pretty much correct. You've just gotta find the right place to build. The guys i used to ride with, have a sick spot in NJ on church property. As long as they keep the place clean, the church lets them build whatever they want. I haven't been back there since last april/may to help build, but last i saw, they were expanding like crazy, and it was gonna flow so nice.
  4. Not to familar with the trails up that way, but does this have anything to do with Posh? I used to ride a lot back in the day, not so much anymore after i completely destroyed my elbow at FDR last year, but i'll sign.
  5. Agreed.
  6. I've never ridden them, but we have them in the shop, and there rediculously stiff. Also they are pretty heavy. But if your looking for something that is crazy stiff and bomber, there definitely the way to go.

We actually do carry Gnu at Buckmans. Brought them in this year.
  8. Sounds pretty sick for Pa. If only lake effect snow would travel this far east.
  9. What time you going up. Im done class by 11, and was thinking about riding somewhere.
  10. If you can find a cheap place to stay at Jay, by all means go for it. Jays lift tickets are half of what Stowe's cost. In my opinion i don't think the terrain is as good as stowe's, but Jay generally will get more snow, and be a bit less crowded.
  11. Stowe is anything but cheap.
  12. I'd be weary of Whiteface, unless your hitting it during a storm that place can be extremely icy, and windy. Although it can be really fun, just have to hit it right. If your staying around stowe, you can hit a few different resorts. Stowe, Sugarbush, Bolton, Smuggs, and Jay are all within an hour. Just something to consider.
  13. The same thing happens with mine if i ride a Rome Binding. So i just have the highback adjusted to the same angle of forward lean in my boots.

Just because you see buy it nows for that high doesn't mean they are actually selling.
  15. Look into Sugarbush as well. Anything on the EC is drivable in one day, so no need to sleep in your car.
  16. That was Ride's whole idea behind this. When they developed these, they had the Ride R&D guys out in whistler just ride with ankle straps only and they came to realize all the toe strap does is hold your toe from flopping up and down. So that is what the thong of the contraband is meant to do. I've heard mixed things about them. Some people like them others don't it's just preference.

Im going to disagree with you. I feel that it holds an edge extremely well. When carving on a regular board you should also be putting pressure in the center since to make that turn you have to decamber the board to enable the sidecut.
  20. Why don't you like the banana? I've ridden the Gnu Riders choice for 2 days now, and i have no complaints, i think it's super fun.
  21. You honestly can't be serious. I don't know how many times the Park Crew would park the snow mobile on the deck of the last jump and just sit there.
  22. Does this look any better. From the day before.
  23. that is all.
  24. On a weekend, stowe can get very crowded as, many people from Burlington head there.
