  1. I'll be up sometime tomorrow, may head up in the morning though. And i really don't feel like running gates, as edges on both my boards are non existent at this point.
  2. I think he's full of shit that a piece of plastic is going to last longer then a knee. another example would be Burton. So many of those bindings get destroyed well before body parts do...
  3. I think the salesman is full of shit on that.
  4. Im pretty sure he's on a snowboard not ski's so it's a little different.
  5. I drove to and from boulder in the snow back in november when they got 7+ inches. Had no problems on any of the roads.
  6. Raining here.
  7. Im heading out, but when i get home i'll take a picture of my 32's next to my hails, and my 32's are a 1/2 size smaller, and they are SOO much bigger.
  8. If you want the run down on the Burton stuff here it goes. Burton- Normal to baggier fit Ronin- Baggy fit White Collection- normal to baggy aK- Normal, but not backcountry tight If your looking for something that is going to run baggy, go with Ronin. All of the brands i put up are Burton brands just different lines. I know Sessions runs baggier and im really digging all of there stuff lately, more so than anything else. Any of the hardcore backcountry gear ie: Patagonia, Arc Teryx, Marmot. Is going to run really tight Bonfire probably runs alittle baggy but im not sure.. Thats about all i can think of for now.

    They're saying 1-3 for palmerton...
  13. I have 32's now. Looking to get Salomon's next. 32's are just so big and bulky, i don't really find them any more comfortable then my Burton Hails i had previously.
  14. I'll have to agree with the locals from what Papa heard. I was there during that stretch of January last year. It was SOOOO cold, and hardly snowed in Jackson at all that week. Maybe 9 inches over the week? And with high's around -5, and lows such as -35 for pretty much a week straight...
  15. i may do the boarderx.
  16. The guy talking about it in the gondi line, drove up from Nelson. Said the roads that were most direct were super sketchy and covered in atleast a foot of snow. They are suppose to be putting in a bigger airport, but that is probably a few years out. Kelowna is what i was looking at. How far is that from Revelstoke?
  17. lmao.
  18. Damn Rob, im so jealous of you hitting up Revelstoke. There was a guy standing in the gondi line on friday talking about his road trip to Revelstoke. Said it was just absolutely incredible. Im thinking about trying to go there next year, but it seems like it's a pain in the ass to get to. How you getting there?

    OH MY GOD.

John pretty much summed it up with pictures. My camera took a shit after day 1 and is pretty much broken. Best week of my fucking life. We probably got a total of around 4-5 feet for the time we were there this week. Now im just straight up depressed. They reported another 9 inches for today, and as i was boarding the bus to go back to the airport i could hear the Avy bombs blasting Was super cool to see nips and Papa out there. Wish we could of taken some runs together but me and John were on a mission. I'll be back next year fer shure. As for my journey to get out there... Damn was it worth it. I spend saturday in downtown atlanta at the biggest aquarium in the world since my flight to Jackson was canceled. Flew out to salt lake the next morning. Flight to jackson gets canceled again. Me and 2 others from the plane rally, rent a suburban and drive from SLC to jackson. 5.5 hours, and after 2 days finally made it, and holy shit i couldn't be more happy. Now im just bummed to be back in the filth.
