I've always heard drop was not very good. Get some kind of gore-tex glove/mitt. You can get good ones for around 60 if your willing to spend that much.

Like doug said, it was all lake effect snow. nothing to actually do with the jet streams and so forth. Places around the great lakes always get a good amount of snow every year. Unfortunatly there's no REAL mountains around them.

Don't know if im going anymore. One of my tires is leaking air, and i don't know if i wanna drive 150 miles on it.

I remember on more then a few occasions of us flying down Lazy Miles playing slalom with the people.

How do you get this. There both at the same spot... Just on oppsite sides of the trail. I can ride right up to either lift... Edit: It was actually shorter to get to the quad then the double, coming off of home stretch... Edit2: To get to the double, you had to get around those stupid tree's then go backwards.. The quad you just made a turn and it was right there....

So you'd rather ride the lift with 5 others instead of 3.. i'd take the 3. Your making this lift out to be like it's gonna fly you up the hill in 2 seconds.. Nope still gonna take 5-6 minutes.. so there's no advantage of taking the 6pack over the quad.

The people coming down home stretch will take the quad. people coming from beginnger park will take the 6 pack...

Burton also had a problem with the C60 highback last year. Many of the riders who actually took them to the limit broke the highback serveral times. Last time i was at a shop i was looking at the C60's. They don't actually feel as stiff as a Ride SPi at all. They seem to flex ALOT for supposidly being really stiff. I have the 07 Ride SPi's. I wanna get on them real bad. I have 05 Burton P1's, which i took the super, and cap straps off, and fitted them to my SPi's. If burton does one thing right about bindings, they know how to make really comfortable straps.

Only back country on pretty much the whole east coast is Tuckermans. Maybe a few things off of Stowe.. and a few others. "BackCountry" is basically unheard of on the east coast. Backcountry is also terrain that is not serviced by lifts, with no avalanche control. Tre is correct about the weight. Always more important than height.

It's a very good point. If i lived there i'd probably want the same thing. High Chances of avalanches, or wait alittle bit, and have a lower avy chance... They have snow wait through may and june..
