I still need to wax my board to get them ready for the long sit during the summer. I just keep putting it off.

I still miss it every day. Looking at these boards probably doesn't help.

Or you could just get a good pair of mittens and your hands will rarely get cold.

Do it yourself. Waxing is a super easy aspect of riding/skiing and it's always a good skill to have. Saves you a ton of money, and the hassel of taking it to a shop all the time.

When i was up there i think my 2 day pass was somewhere around 120 bucks, but it was worth every penny

This weekend coming up is cheap, but still 42 for a midweek lift ticket.. It should be like 20 bucks with spring conditions that they have. It's not like there getting dumped on like out west..

There's not much of a view in the poconos.. And the condos arn't at any elevation.. There at the base of Blue mountain, there is nothing but farms and a few mole hills that are considered mountains. I think they should be around 150K. It's not like blue has a resort town with stuff to do. There's not really any resturants or anything in the imediate area.. Just my opinion.

This was a very dry and warm season, so most places won't have snow much longer, with temps now about 10-15 degrees above average(atleast down here in Philly) don't know about further north.

Damn that means i haven't ridden in 19 days.. Seems like it's been alteast a month already.. Time goes by so slow when im not snowboarding a few times a week. Winter seemed like it was over in no time at all.

Still.. You have to look at whats around there... Nothing really. 145.. just has alot of stores, there's no really big houses or anything like that to jack up prices.. It's all farm land and so forth. Those condos for full ownership should go for NO MORE then 250,000, if that.

I highly doubt it. Id be really surprised if they charged that much for a little condo in an area thats not exactly booming. Where not talking about a shore condo here. It's a condo on a little mountain...

Ill probably have one again next season, I dunno about best in the poconos though. Elk is really good for a Pa hill, if it wasn't 3 hours away, id probably ride there instead.

Doug's off season hasn't started yet, if he's still riding at stowe this weekend, and Killi in May...
