The entrance to the park should be a gap over the fence. Really though, I think we all know how to fix the problem. Charge more than gapers like doug will pay to get it, and the park should be good to go.

Totally unnecessary in this climate but I'm looking for a down vest to layer under a shell. I read a little about fill last night. I'm not a huge weight nazi, so I guess I don't need the most baller fill rating if the vest just has more insulation. Just looking for something to keep the core toasty. Any recommendations? General info about down?

Nice. Those fees are expensive but they really do a lot. Yard work, pool maintenance, snow removal. I hate all that kind of stuff. I'd rather establish a solid boot pack then shovel out a sidewalk. Rivers are high. I know I've been floating them. Get a boat!

That pipe wasn't on a steep enough trail anyways. If they manage to work up the demand they should build a new trail, or find another location for it all together. Of course we've been through this tons already, but they will actually need a decent steep straight shot for a pipe worth grooming.
