The padding off both high backs lost its glue and fell off, the gas pedals fell off, the screws were the too long, so the bindings always came loose, but I think he filed them down or something to fix that. The straps started to tear, and he is haveing issues with broken springs in the ratchets. I think he put 50+ days on them this year. I think they were a pretty decent line, I'll ask him when I see him again. I have about 100 days/3 or 4 seasons (I can't remember) on my soloman bindings, and they are just now starting to have the ratchet issue when its REALLY cold out. Otherwise, they are still working fine. They aren't even the top of the line model. Plus they are super comfy with my soloman boots. They together fit SOOOOO nicely.

I did the band thing it high school. I'm gonna have to say band kids are not cool. They are a cult, and they all talk behind each others backs more than any other group/organization.

My buddy's ride bindings fell apart after one season of use. He talked to other people with Ride's and they had similar problems. I don't have any desire to test my luck with them. I like my solomans, but may try the burtons with the toecups next season.

To stress or emphasize; intensify: ?enacted sweeping land-reform plans that accentuated the already chaotic pattern of landholding? (James Fallows). To pronounce with a stress or accent. To mark with an accent.

Errr, gonna pass the torch on to someone who knows something about chemistry...

No changing the rules to fit your answer.

Nope You were on the right track but there is no equation to start with. So you can't all of a sudden make an equation and move things to the other side fo the equation. All you can do is simplify. My best answer (keeping in mind the question was rather vague) is 14x - 5

1. This isn't an issue about nights sking, but if it was more people are at the mountain midweek during the day than at night, I know because I've been to both. Most people leave around 6. 2. Flurries are fine for the surface conditions but after a day with 3+ inches of rain, the flurries aren't going to make a difference.

HAH! Dude hate to say it be he out jibbed you on both days I saw you guys ski.

It's a weather dependent sport. They stayed open longer than anyone else in the vicinity. I really don't know why everyone is so mad at them. It really didn't seem like it was a money thing. It legitamitely is going to be a crappy weekend, and its been warm all week. You can't ski on mud.

I want to see promo copy. Apparently there is a clip with eddie wall riding the CB pipe . Apparently he grew up riding at montage

I got the impression poconoceancity isn't the biggest park rider, but maybe I'm wrong.

What was wrong with it? Unfriendly people, lack of open terrain, crowds?

I agree chulksmack was a let down. Again not nearly enough backcountry. There was all this hype and nothing in there really blew me away. The music for chulksmack was bad, but the music for lost in transition was 10 times worse. Got I hate techmo.

Not sure if I would classify them as "freestyle" but I really enjoy everything I've seen Warren Miller do. People can say whatever they want about him, but I really enjoy his view of the sports. Keeping on subject, there are plenty of freestyle portions to his films.

I only know snowboarding movies. Most of which have been disappointing lately.

He's obviously a guy with goals, if you've ever seen interviews with multi-millionaires, they don't ever think about the money they already have, they seem more concerned with how they can make that much more. They are overly goal focused, the loose track of what the point of having the money in the first place if for.

Right click on the image and get the "image location." Then when posting click the IMG button and paste that 'image location" into the dialog box.

And now the humiliation of people I have never, and will never meet. This one is my favorite:

Just some thoughts Maybe he just wants to use this as way to beef up his sponsorship money. I believe it was said in the past (though I'm too lazy to find the thread) that Bode has been able to really work the sponship deals. Apparently he put a sign on his helmet saying rent me, or some such thing. This may be a move for him to see what sponsors are willing to step forward and fork over some big bucks in return for him competing in the olympics. He said right in the article "It's going to be a matter if I can re-motivate myself. I'm hoping I can find what it is that's going to push me to do the Olympics.'' I would imagine a big paycheck from a sponsor might be the right "motivation" he's looking for. Or maybe this is his way of telling everyone . He never asked to bear the future of ski racing on his shoulders. It looks like he has no interest in doing whats "good" for ski racing, he has his own agenda and if the "good" of ski racing, the us team, fis, his fans or anyone else doesn't like it tough. This could very well be the ultimate way of saying you don't own me and none of you ever will. "There's coaches, fans, a lot of people who want me to do one thing or another, who attach themselves to your success." Or... he's being honest. You shouldn't read into what he said at all. Quite frankly I like this one the best, but I don't know if thats realistic. Anyways my two cents.

I hate to dig up old threads but I think the REAL reason Bode might not come back next year is because he's too busy with other things
