Yeah, I can do that, what length is your board, it will determine whether I will have room for more people.
-
Yes, it will say you must be logged in to use this feature.
-
When they tried, they just weren't logged in. Later on the site was down. Now the site is up, things are cool, and we should be good for a while.

I'll be there. I think some of us are heading over to big boulder halfway through the day (a ticket at JF is good at both mountains). Apparently big boulder has the better park, so that was the reasoning behind the switch. Plus, the early morning trail riders will have left by then. I can give a few people a ride over, just make sure your parents know, because I'm not driving anyone back to Jack Frost at the end of the day.

Check out Rush's "Tom Sawyer" as well. It works really well with the video. It also has a pretty awe inspiring feel to it, so that always works well when you are trying impress the audience.

Yeah, after a few hours of searching for it online, I found a copy, and played it, with the video. My two thoughts: 1. This song sucks 2. This song sucks with this video
-
I'll probobly be there around 4 till close, if you want we can take a few runs.
-
Its a pretty sweet song, and goes well with riding. Real solid base beat through the whole thing, and lots of energy. Plus its Iron Maiden how can you lose?

Your son didn't happen to be up at CB yesterday (monday) did he?

Things weren't really that crowded at all. I would say the same or less than a usual weekend. The roads must have kept people away or something. As far as ice, there was a little bit of hardpack, but I think I only saw one patch of ice on the whole mountain, and I rode just about every trail, and I rode open to close so I think I would know. As far as bumps don't know about that either. It was just choppy till later in the day. Then things firmed up again. Late in the evening those rollers that develop from too much traffic (if anyone could explain how this happens I would be delighted to hear) were everywhere. I think they are fun to double or triple though, or even just straight bomb. In the late evening things were still soft so I was happy. The ungroomed trails were amazing first thing, but quickly went to crap. I was the 3rd person to ride cliffy, so I didn't even touch anyone elses tracks. Pretty amazing feeling. We could use more days like yesterday, even if it wasn't the greatest powder in the world.

I played your video with a bunch of different songs, and my favorite was Iron Maidens "Run to the Hills", but I also like The Roots "Boom." Honestly, I didn't think your choice was that bad.
-
Well, camelback isn't the greatest powder mountain, and the stuff we got today was heavy and wet. The trails have some fun stuff normally, like natural hits and such, but with the bumps everywhere, they weren't really accessible.
-
Naw, its a jets flag.
-
I'm going to try to be there, kinda depends on the roads. I'll give your cell a call first thing in the morning when I get there.
-
Our PASR day at Jack frost is this coming weekend, why don't you come up on sat and meet the crew?
-
I've seen more, on a busy holiday weekend, I think three is about normal. CB is definately a beginner mountain, so you will see alot more injuries.
-
Well, I would contact the people who mounted the bindings. Its sounds like the mounting was done incorrect. Hopefully you still have a receipt or something?!?!? Doesn't hurt to contact the manufacturers, but I would say the best bet is with whomever mounted those bad boys.

Any more...? Ski999, I'm sure you have some as well....
-
Wow, thats some really good riding. What park is that? What ever happened with that handrail at the beginning?
-
Great form atomic, and btw, have you lost some weight

For those of you who haven't noticed, mntbiker99x is building a little bit of a portfolio, so if you haven't check it out already, see his stuff in the mtnbiker99x gallery. One of the really great things about his work, is the high quality equipment he uses, so everything looks super sharp. He's also rather talented though, and really pics flattering angles for the shots. I thought I would attach a few of my favorites. Here is pyro_boarder:

Not only is it steeper in person, its much taller than it looks in that pic. I kinda didn't want a pic because I knew it wouldn't do justice to the trail.

My grandfather drove a caddy to 300,000 miles without changing the oil only filled it when it was low. The reason he stopped driving it was because a wheel fell off... of coarse thats seems the exception rather than the rule. As far as waxing goes, I can see how not waxing can cause damage... but for those of us who like to ride where rocks are prevelant, it may be a mute point. Either way, I like the way my board handles when it is waxed, so I try and wax as often as possible.
-
How so, and how much worse, like damage worse, or just not as fast/effective worse. I always assumed something was better than nothing, but I guess I'm wrong.

Well maybe you could tell the rest of us?
