I looked at webcam last night after they closed. They were making snow then.

Slopeside is super expensive.

I don’t think they had 1 bid on that. There’s really nothing around it, not sure how anyone could make a go of it. There is some nice hiking in the area.

Looks like it’s snowing there. I went up today. Early was a little slick, Midway was cookies/ice. Things improved around 1030. I’m skipping tomorrow, work Friday, Saturday. Going Sunday. I’m hoping they get Upper Main open and Burma.

They haven’t even started making snow at BB?! I remember they would have their canned food drive back on the day. 10 canned goods = 1 ticket.

Great conditions for opening day. Didn’t get on the snow til about 930. Did 8 runs. It’s the most wonderful time of the year. 🙂

I have to work Friday, so on the fence. I’d have to call out and just one call out anymore is a disaster. But I do need a mental health day. If not I’ll be there Sunday and Tuesday.

Pre Thanksgiving activity yesterday here in Georgia. Drove about an hour north to Garland Mountain Sporting Clays to skeet shoot. I used to target practice quite a bit, but that was one of the things I gave up after kids, and never really got back into. Shot some clay pigeons yesterday, and it was fun. Of course, hubby came in first out of our group of 6. There’s a place right outside Egypt Pa to do this. May have to take a trip up there
