Had a great day today. Skied from about 930-230. Snow wasn’t the best, but not the worst, either. Had a delicious tailgate after. Main Street probably ROTD.

I didn’t watch any news today. Knew it was going to be a shit show in Washington.

Yeah, the line at 6 pack was a lot longer than the quad.

It’s actually not that bad at 9 am. Crowds pick up around 11. It’s not weekend crowded by any means

I skied from 1045-230. Razors was in the best shape. I’m getting tired of the mid week crowds. Doesn’t anyone work anymore?

Saturday morning for me.

Skied there Monday on some perfect snow. Yesterday... eh, not so much. Main Street ROD for me. The crowds were as bad as a weekend, quit about 1130, due to fear of being taken out by someone. Hoping to be back Saturday am. And I get my first COVID vaccine this afternoon. 👍👍

I was upset about having to work today. Now after seeing those pictures I’d actually rather be here. I’m not sure about the weekend either. I’ll hold out until Monday.

I bought an Ikon pass this year. Health care workers got a sweet discount, so I took advantage. Doing a 4 day trip to Sugarbush, then hoping to get a few days at Killington. Not sure about going out west. I have a ton of airline points I haven’t used.

I loved Az. Always wanted to ski the Snowbowl, then the kid moved to Atlanta. Yuck.

We moved in a house some time ago, neighbors had peacocks. They make a blood curdling scream. I didn’t know what it was, scared the shit out of me.

Impressive! I forgot about Seven Springs in my tally.

Hubby went to Lowe’s Saturday, said the parking lot was full all the way to 309, he turned around and can home. Things picking up at work, too.

Might as well add my short list- Pa- Bear, Blue, CB, JFBB, Elk, Montage, Shawnee. Vermont- Killington, Mt Snow NH- Wildcat, Breton Woods, Loon Utah- Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley, Alta, Sundance. Almost forgot NY- Bellayre, Hunter, Gore My favorite EC probably Wildcat Utah- Alta, because it was pretty badass, and I was proud I could ski it. Loved Sundance, the scenery was incredible. I don’t think they get near the natural snow the other Utah resorts get, also there’s a couple catwalks. I’m ok with the catwalks, but the lift without a bar almost sent me into a panic attack!

This is a fun thread, haven’t been on this site much lately, so I just saw it. I wish my son still lived in Az. Atlanta is just not my kind of place. I would love to go to the Snowbowl.

I think it would be fun to go there with a group of friends. I couldn’t see myself going there more than once, though.

I’m sure there weren’t near as many people protesting about wearing masks and not getting haircuts. And weren’t they protesting outside, too? I’m not saying it’s wrong to protest about what happened to George Floyd. I’m just saying there’s a lot of people in close contact, many not wearing masks. And they’re fired up and raising their voices, which spreads the germs. Not to mention the tear gas they’re being exposed to making them cough. It’s just not a good situation.

It’s gonna be interesting in a couple of weeks. Between the protesters and the looters to see where COVID numbers stand.

Yup. Why I love Sullivan County. One stoplight, 1 liquor store, no Walmart. No people 🙂. And it’s beautiful.
