I’ve only ever been with a group. Last time I was there, I had a lot going on, and was already exhausted. Then got nominated to drive, which wasn’t helpful. I might give it another try.

Last time I was there, I swore I wouldn’t go back, not worth the drive. IDK now, been really missing skiing.

Went to check on the eagles nest yesterday. We were looking with our binoculars from bottom lot, security was there immediately. He was nice, but I think he was just checking we weren’t going to try and approach the nest. Apparently Pa Game Commission aware of the nest, and security is making it a priority to look out for it, fine by me. Then we walked top of Blue-still a pile of snow on Lazy

We’re only have this place one more night. My son has to be home sometime Saturday. We’re thinking of skiing half day tomorrow and heading home.

Yeah, my husband said it’s been raining for 4 days. Sucks

And we had over a foot of powder in places! I’ve only ever skied true powder once in my life. Definitely a learning curve. Lucky my son was there to haul my ass up!

We got 6 runs in when everything but the beginner lift went on wind hold☹️. But it was ok because the higher lifts were getting a little scary. Only lift open was a surface lift that laps the one area, but you had to be up there already. We lapped the baby lift a bit, then got off it and hiked up and over to get some untouched. Totally worth it. I may have a new hobby

View from condo when I woke up this morning

Yes. I travel with a group, we get a condo. Every place has grocery stores. I like stopping at little mid mountain places, if they are there, and having a drink and an appetizer. But other than that, I prefer my own food and especially coffee.

And I’m not a big dinner person. Breakfast is my favorite meal.
