definetly take a ride to the shop, try on a few different pairs, and find what size and what fits best. then if you can buy them off the internet for considerably cheaper, get them. but in an attempt to answer your question, i'd say they run pretty true to size. my shoe size matches my boot size...if that helps. you really need to try them on to be sure.

good choice, the arsenals are a very solid all mountain binding at a great price. if you look you could probably get rome targas which are there higher end freeride models for relatively cheap too. cant go wrong with rome, best customer service in the industry.

darkstar, agent, dh, any of the like would be fine. your pretty small though so i'l look into a stairmaster, artifact, kink, or any jib board. and ive heard good things about the sanchez, never rode one though.

i live in boyertown which is 15 minutes from bear, nothing beats it. but right now im out at school at slippery rock which is like 40 min north of pittsburgh so its quite a hike. i'd kill to be home already and only an hour and 15 from boulder
