What are some good mid-wides? I've never realy done a ton of research on them.

Hmmm, Thats the first I've seen that says it won't be good in the park. I'm really stuck though. I need a wide board. Doesn't seem like there is a decent all mountain wide on the market. There is no way I'll get a park board because half of my riding is off trail, steep stuff, etc. I can't get a good freeride board though cuz I definately get bored a lot and go to the park which is fun.

Thanks for the tips. So far the-house has the best price by $20. The only problem here is that its still going for $439.95. I'm looking at the nemesis mostly because of my size 12.5 boot. That limits me right there. The Nemesis has an integrated riser system and isn't as wide as typical wide board. Another plus is that it seems like a good all around board. Something I can take into the park, but also it will keep me going on the steeps.

Very true, lets worry about mountains opening before we worry about them closing.

I'm running into a little problem here. I've been looking online for a new board but all I can find are brand new 06/07 boards. Anyone know of a good site where I can find last year's gear. Not used, just last seasons stuff.

This is easily the best news I've heard in a long time.

I"m really starting to get concerned now. We're talking about weeks and days now until guns may start to be fired up. Sno has to really step it up if its even possible at this point. So we need a few days for transformers, a whole week to get the system ready and thats after we run miles and miles of new pipes set up a new system and install new guns. They have 1 month. If they want to blow snow by Dec. 1 then by JFBB's schedule we've only got 2.5 weeks for full installation of guns and pipes. As much as I hate to say it I'm really skeptical at this point as to whether much of anything is going to happen.

If its gonna happen it better happen quick. We're really running out of time here.

I think I was there the day it broke. It really confused me as to how anyone could go through a wallride. It kinda looked like someone went at it with a sledgehammer.

Seeing that I've never been out west its somethign I'd like to try. How much does a trip out there usually go for? How much do you usually spend when you go to JHole Doug?

Just a thought, why don't we add some kind of page on here or even just a pinned thread with the vert numbers for all the lifts in the area. I'm sure between all of us on here we have exact numbers for every lift in the state.
