Well the next time I ride (hopefully this weekend) it will be warm so I'll use a warm wax so the residue will be under my final coat of warm wax.

I guess I'll steer clear of the base cleaner then. I've got to find some warm temp wax then for when I go home this week.

Whats the story with base cleaner? My one buddy has it and he said I could use some if I needed it.

Well the last time I was out it was obvioulsy spring conditions and when I got home my base was covered in dirt. I've got a bright orange base too so It was extremely obvious that it was pretty bad. I took it right down stairs and scraped. I got some dirt off, but not nearly all of it. How should I go about cleaning this off?

Why not have a double black pass too, and maybe a blue pass. Better yet, make passes for different conditions of snow. You have to buy a whole new pass to ski bumps, or in the trees. Can I sign up for a jello pass? Mmmmm Jello......... I could really go for some lime jello right now, Bill Cosby style.

I'm not sure if the whole pay for the park pass thing is a great idea. What about people like me who go to blue only once or twice a year. The first time I go, which may possibly be my only trip of the year, I have to pay an extra 5 bucks on top of a ticket just to go into the park. Sidewinder is a great park, but I really don't think the features are big enough to warrant a park pass.

What sites do you use ski999? I am probobly going to be in the market for a new board for next year and I'm not sure where exactly to look online.

I really don't think a black diamond pass would work at all. Way too hard to enforce (you would need someone at the top of all the diamonds) It would slow down and inconvenince the better skiers/riders by having to get their ticket checked. If the threat of serious energy isn't enough to keep people off trails they shouldn't be on a black diamond pass wouldn't do much good. mmmmm jello....

What do you guys think would be the best NY mountian to go to next saturday? I'm looking at a trip and I'm taking into concideration Price/trails open/conditon of snow.

So I got the bad news that I can't make it to Blue tomorrow. (Unless anyone is going to be going east from central county tomorrow). My dad said he would let me go next weekend though. Where should I go? Is anyone going north next week chasing the snow? Elk, Belleayre, Hunter? What would the best place be for conditions/amount of terrain open?

Some of the riding looked a little weak. I'd put the bails all together for a funny bail section instead of them being amongst peple landing tricks. I love to see people fall, but when its in the middle of people landing stuff it looks slightly awkward.
