I'm sure it's extremely oversimplified, but extremely illustrative. Thanks for the Link!

My dentist closed yesterday. I have an appointment on the 30th which is the day they are supposed to reopen. We shall see if I get in or not.

Perhaps a quick order of ammo is in the cards with wild numbers like that.....

And this is just day 2 of the off season. I'm legitimately scared for what will happen in July and August......

Guess we need Edge's Karaoke machine....

Don't go yelling at me here but let me play the Libertarian card for a second. OK so they are limiting the size of group gatherings. I get it, and of course you don't want an arena of sweaty people mosh pitting, probably a bad idea or even a nice gathering of like minded individuals to watch a play in a tiny little NYC theater. However, there's this little thing called the First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. I'm not saying that I think it's a good idea by any means to have big group gatherings, but to me it seems like a slippppppery slope. Devil's advocate to my own point and to piggyback on JLaw's comment, if enough people assemble how is anyone going to stop it? But still. Not cool man.

American Dream it is! (but with hazmat suits)

I was thinking state park, i.e. the woods more so than a playground. The school across from my office had a few guys out there the other day washing down the jungle gym.
-
This blows my mind. Why close a park? Being outside in the fresh air and not near too many people is probably one of the safer places to be.
-
Business as usual for me today. Less traffic which was nice. There really aren't that many people in my office, maybe around 60.

Dogs, Salt Blocks, best brisket ever, straight skis, sunshine, and of course hanging with the weirdest and best group of people I know. Cheers to a killer season.

one of the higher ups from France came in this week before all travel was completely shut off, and he said how weird it is for him to not greet others without the whole double cheek kiss thing. He then proceeded to fist bump us all at the conference table.

Guess I need champagne tonight instead of next week. If the whole world is going to burn I'll at least sit in the snow for it.
-
All this did was close my gyms so far. Also I ran to the grocery store just to grab some Arugula last night and the place looked like a snowstorm was about to hit. I had to grab a bottle of wine just to use the wine and beer checkout counter (which still had a crazy line) so I could get the hell out of there.

I rebooked last night and saved around $80 from my already low cost trip to Denver.

Now they can turn it around for the Tiki Bar!

It would be a good scapegoat for them I guess.

I was referencing brand new resorts. I think we will always see current places expand, how fast or slow is debatable, but I don't see anyone forming a brand new company, buying/leasing land, building lodges, building infrastructure and cutting trees and trails.

Question: Do you think we've seen the end of brand new resorts in the US? I think yes we have but would love to get the opinions of others.

Phenomenal report. I hope you're at least enjoying a few bottles of wine and packing a few more in your suitcase at this point.

No but I can definitely see them handing out Coors light here Update, the coors light and Levante I left on my porch last weekend were miraculously there when I got home on Sunday. The mountains were certainly not blue. They should have been red.
