Too much blue sky. Snow ghosts losing battle.

Sibby doesn't count Doug among the people she cares about, so I really don't care what he says. Also, not sure I was "run off". The board just didn't add value to me. I stayed for years too long before I left. Never the less, for your viewing pleasure. We had an entire January of skiing in fog like gray flannel -- truly unbelievably wearing, day after day, for weeks. Finally, today we had a real bluebird day.

Too much of this: Not enough of this: Siblet's avalanche was just above these cliffs. She ended up being pulled out on a harness. The snow was unusually wet this season, therefore we had some slab problems.

Not much snow. All groomers all the time. One bonus, did not get taken out by the avalanche that passed in front of me. Was too aggravated by the fact that it cut me off from the route I planned to use to think about how close I came to being in it. This shot taken the next day from across the way from the avalanche. They closed the Basin for most of the winter afterwards. Snowfall Siblet also was almost caught in an avalanche.

There's so few other people doing it, it wasn't worth my time. I kept doing it way after you and Atomic stopped. It was a one way street. I have my numbers, the resort has my "other" numbers, why should you have them if I don't have yours? It didn't buy me anything except more work.

Seriously, who cares the number of days? One day I ski bell to bell and another I leave after three hours. A day can mean anything. Are you trying to compete or something? I know the days. I just discount them as meaning anything.
