Nice. I like this better then the other one. It had a better even tone and flow to it. Good job. I'm still working on getting my film from this year put together. Probably be a few weeks with the way work has been going.

Things that I liked the best this year happened right at the end of the season. The hip at the top was awesome. I would love to see another and possibly bigger hip like that next year. The long flat rail that was set up angled down on the last week was awesome. Thats is something I would like to see again but with a decent sized gap up to it (kinda like the "urban" setup they had at the beginning of the season) I think a flat - down - flat box would be awesome if made long enough. I think the wall ride could be made a lot better. It was decent at times this year but it could be setup better to get more use out of it. And still I think the most important thing to try for next season is Park Passes. With the way the BC keeps stepping up the level of the park something really needs to be done to keep people out of there that shouldn't be...for everyones safety.

Not bad. I'd loose the flashing color over lays, or at least try and tie them into the music better. Also adjust the volume of some of the clips, it goes from really loud on some clips to really low on others...try and keep it an even level across all clips. You have some nice looking shots and good angles on a few of the clips. Try mixing it up a bit more. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product. Check out: http://www.snowfilmer.com Tons of good info and ideas on there.

Thats how the jump run at bear was at the beginning and end of the season.

I was thinking that if they set up one of those flat boxes on a slight up angle to a decent sized gap to that big 420 box angled down it would be sick.

You've got to be care full with Ice Rink snow. I read a study on th amount of bacteria in that stuff and it is pretty damn nasty.
-
Go to the local hockey rink and ask where they ger the plastic for their boards. Its actually called puck board. Works great as a top sheet on boxes.
-
Yeah the jump run was much better yesterday. The lips on the jumps flattened out as the day went on today, which made clearing them difficult. Yesterday you could hit all three bigger kickers and make the trans. no problem. The park was in pretty good shape for the amount of snow they had, it was better yesterday and less rutted. The hip at the top was awesome. The long down rail sick as was the shorter up rail.

Its gotta be because of lack of people. I rode yesterday durning the day and there was nobody there at all. But I agree they could probably stay open until at least next weekend with these temps...even if it was just for nights and weekends.

I just got back. The conditions are pretty damn good. Sucks they are closing.
-
Please blow more snow. The 10 day outlook is looking good for it!
-
I was there to. Surprisingly it wasn't all that bad. Yeah there are some bare spots but there was a nice line through the park. Plus temps are looking good to blow some new snow.
-
Yeah we need an update from some of the BC people. Temps for the next 10 days look solid for a good freshening up of snow.
-
I doubt it. Cold enough starting blowing tonight and a chance of snow on friday? I say we got at least next week.
-
Yeah I hit it twice. Both times just 50-50. First time I sketched off to the side. Second time I got the whole thing.
-
Yeah that rail is pretty weak. I hit it twice yesterday and probably won't hit it any more. There is nothing you can do on the thing. Durning the day the conditions were awesome but they iced up a bit at night.
-
The blowers were on this morning when I checked the web cam. Plus I would put money on it getting cold again after this little warm spell coming our way.
-
Park was sick yesterday and they were blowing a bunch of snow. I'll be up there today around 3.
-
I was just going to post that there is a new cam. Its much better then the old one too!
-
Trying 3's and landing 3's are two different things.

is fun as hell. I love how BC just keeps adding new and fun stuff to the park this year. Keep it up.

Then it is what I thought it was and I was hitting that all day on Monday. It hits and looks a lot smaller then it is I guess because I was clearing the knuckle by a good 10-15 ft. And that was riding my 151. On the same board I couldn't even make the tranny on some 60ft kickers out west this season and those jump were much better. And I also doubt some of the stuff the park crew says at both Blue and Bear. I talked to one guy earlier in the season at Blue and he was talking up the park saying there were at least 4 60ft tables, I go out and none of the tables were more then 25ft. And at Bear one kid was saying they had a 50ft flat box-rail...when its only 25ft. Depends on how it is measured. I've seen people step something off and say its 30ft and then when you actually measure it its only 20ft. And having hit jumps that are 70,80, and 90ft+ I can say that that hit feels small for 70ft.

Only problem with the top jump last night was the lighting, otherwise it was awesome. Its to warm to cut the pipe. It would get destroyed 10 minutes after they cut it.
-
That would be toast. Where is this jump? I rode all of blue early this week and didn't see anything that big. The biggest jump I saw...which I think is what you are talking about here...was no where near 68ft.
