Why is a topic from 2005 active again? Ugh.
-
Yay.... that is so good to hear. We are going Feb. 6th -9th and I was starting to worry. Thanks.
-
You have to with these guys. Jeez PASR's give BC and BCMark a break. Attention Mark: You can come to my house and take pics any way you want................................................. as long as you bring at least as much snow as was in the pics.
-
Interest not money is the thing here. Oh, and concessions too... $10.00 slices of pizza Mark... there is your cash cow.
-
Shush about season passes. BC needs as many people there as they can get.
-
Hey I heard a rumor too... I heard that the recently spotted UFO's exhaust caused the hole in the ozone which is directly responsible for the lack of snow and cold weather at BC this year. I also heard that the BC goats peed in the lake so much that it raised the temp and made snowmaking impossible. Shall I go on? Ugh.

Ski... you and Dr. Rey are my hero. Instant hotness without diet or exercize... priceless.
-
Uh oh... I didn't think of that.
-
I just saw on Blue's website that they cancelled their NYE party? I wonder why.
-
Hate to say it but I'm not suprised by any of this. Bob and I won't ever go there again either becuase of the customer service of lack thereof. It's too bad too cause we had a lot of fun on the mountain.
-
Can I go too? I've only skied one day so far this season and it's killing me. F!!!!!! He said it will be hard and slick where they didn't blow and soft and grippy where they did. He then said that there may be frozen chunks aka death cookies because he is a hater sometimes. Then he said that in the afternoon the snow should soften up nicely to the consistency of sugar aka sweet and low... OK... "mad" sweet and low but could get too mushy if there is a lot of sun. I think he might have mentioned that he is a total ski geek but I'm not sure. As for the "skeet, skeet, skeet"... I'm not touching that one. He then invited me and any other PASR who wants to go to move to Utah. On his dime. Thanks Doug! What would we do without you?

The same way we bitched about the stairs before we ever used them. Silly. (Sarcasm people... sarcasm)
-
No they don't. Take a look at the Mercury article from today for proof.
-
There was an article in today's Pottstown Mercury that had a big, grassy pic of BC. It brought tears to my eyes. Oh winter... where are you? Oh... at Blue... OK then.
-
It flurried in Exton too. YAY!!
-
Doom and gloom, whine, bitch, doom and gloom. It'll get better... I promise.
-
You're not kidding. As I've said before, my rents live right near there and quite frankly most of the people in their neighborhood are really scary. A lot of them sport mullets, are missing many many teeth, are married to their relatives and do there shopping at Zerns. Ugh.
-
Thank you. Besides it's dangerous.
-
There is no public transportation so you'll have to bum a ride from someone here. DO NOT HITCH HIKE.
-
Wow... this one went downhill fast. Calm down boys, Bear Creek will be open as soon as they can. The season is still early and you'll have plenty of time to play in January and February so chill. BC Mark wants you on the mountain as much as you want to be on it and I am confident that he'll have you skiing and riding the minute the weather cooperates. Have some freaking patience.
-
Times 3. Sweet and low blows the G word. I'm so jealous. Have a good time and don't push too hard and hurt yourself. You have the rest of the season still. Can't wait for the pics.

I love you Papa. You make a good point. I guess I need a tighter ski jacket so that my devoted fans can see the girls and be inspired to tend to my every need. Maybe I could have them carry me through the steps on their boards so that I don't have to be bothered. Haha. OR... maybe there could just be passes and we could skip the steps altogether. Seriously, I saw the steps and they did not look user friendly. All joking aside... the kids and teens who think the park is the "super cool" place to be and who get in the way and don't use the features properly will have no qualms about detaching from their equipment and climbing a set of stairs. It will help a little with the parents and kids and I know that wood, paint and screws are much cheaper than implementing and enforcing a park pass program but it's kind of ridiculous. Just my two cents.
-
I'm only doing the tunnel if I can be behind you. That is a great idea. That way, the people who don't make it will fall hurt themselves. The injury alone will keep them out of the park for at least a season and the memory of the pain and suffering will be a great deterent once they are healed. Hey, maybe we'll get lucky and a few of the really dumb ones will die. That'll keep them our of OUR park forever. Perfect. Ugh. I never thought I'd say it... but if this is the alternative... passes please.
-
I don't think you need to be able to gracefully carry your skis and poles in order to be good at hitting jumps and rails. Last I checked you do that with the skis on your feet not in your arms. Haha. Seriously, I'm not offended, I'm just annoyed. I'll explain... I wear mittens so it's kinda hard to hold my skis and I have boobs which make getting my skis up on my shoulder a little difficult too. I usually use a strap for going to and from the mountain but obviously that's not going to work here. Quite frankly I think it's annoying to be forced click out and carry your skis when a pass and a checker would accomplish the same thing and be much more user friendly. Not that I am in favor of that either but it seems a more logical way to do what Blue is trying to do. Hey, next maybe Blue will put up a tunnel that you have to crawl through in order to ski/ ride Challenge. Ugh. Just make sure to look for the blonde girl falling off of the steps in the park. That will be me.
