  1. I don't wash my pants. If they're white and you want to get dirt off, hand clean them with a sponge.
  2. Haven't decided yet. I'll probably post something about it when I do decide.
  3. I'll be working again at High Cascade.
  4. seriously dude when did you escape from the circus?
  5. I'd definately nix the six, relocate the park, have a mid-week day only open to season pass holders, NASTAR every weekend, hold monthly forums to discuss changes to the mountain (open to anybody, not just park kids), implement a vertical tracking system like the one at Northstar and Bachelor, hire a new groomer for the park, and perogies would be three for a dollar, like they are everywhere else in Pennsylvania.
  6. I guess if you're really strapped for cash it would be cool but why don't you just spend the extra money and go to Hood? You actually get to snowboard there
  7. Is his name Barnum or Bailey
  8. Ski, just to let you know, the amount of money you'd save on various ski equipment really doesn't translate across the board to snowboard equipment. The only way to find discounts as extreme as the ones you're talking about would be to find a random person ebaying something they got for free (or extremely cheap), and those auctions are few and far between. Just out of curiousity, have you checked some of the prices you've got versus prices in retail shops? I've got the impression that you haven't been in a shop lately (or you don't frequent them). Just because an auction says that a pair of skis/snowboard "RETAILS FOR $499 L00K!!!" means they're actually selling for $499 in the real world.
  9. I spun an underflip 10 the other day. Halfway through I thought I was done for, but then my body unwound and finished the flip/rotation. Scary at the time, but now I want to do them on purpose
  10. Been there, done that, got my pass pulled because of it. See my new sig for my feelings on this topic. Edit: to those of you comparing parks to driving on a road/highway, this is really the best comparison I've come up with. Imagine you're driving to the Lehigh Valley mall from Allentown. You somehow manage to dodge the oncoming traffic at the McArthur road entrance and exit the highway doing 50 MPH. As you're coming around the corner there's three cars side to side completely stopped. The sad thing is that there'd probably be less physical damage from that accident than if you landed on somebody in the park.
  11. People have been claiming that Blue has exaggerated all season. There is not one spot on the park trail at Blue that would be sutable for a jump that big. I seriously doubt Blue has ever had a jump that was 70 feet lip to knuckle. Key word being themself. Park passes are needed to keep real park riders safe from people who have no idea what they're doing. It's one thing to say that you went 30 on a 20 foot jump but to have mountains claim that they have 70 foot jumps when they're really only 45 is ridiculous.
  12. Black Diamond Passes != Park Passes Edit: Where is the "70 foot booter" at Blue? I looked for it but the biggest jump I found was about 35-40 feet. If that.
  13. hey guys I heard camelback is getting 12 new rails for next season!!! and when I say "12 new rails" I mean two new awful boxes and ten awful rails that we've had for years but it's a NEW season so they're NEW rails get it?
  14. I'd offer some suggestions but I really h8 ppl who talk like dis

On a slant. I'll post a drawing later.
  18. Hahahaha, welcome to the beauty of pond-skimming. Snowballs are as much of the challenge as the water is You should see some of the pond skims we have in Mammoth. Vicious.
  19. We're not going to be making snowcones with it
  20. Are you talking about Tenney? From what I heard they had bought technology that made it possible to actually make snow (not shave it) in high-temp situations. I was suspicious when I heard about it, and let down when I saw the results. As far as I can remember, they turned the guns on once to hold a mid-summer railjam and it looked no better than an ice shaver. They had claims that they were going to be one of the only year-round resorts. I guess they were true, provided that "year round" meant December to March with a mudpatch in the middle of July.
  21. Damn, they must be giving out free crack at Blue. After riding Blue's park and BC's park I'd say that BC easily beats out Blue.
  22. one of the most elegible bachelors on Jdate
  23. Hahaha, from what everyone told me I should be jumping 5 feet off the ground and running back up the hill rather than riding the chair
  24. Well, from what it looks like I won't be going up tonight, hopefully tomorrow morning.
  25. Bleh. I woke up this morning with a splitting headache and sore as hell. I think I'm going to head up for a few hours once I strech some of this pain out of my body
